都挺好，就是前台與保潔人員溝通不到位，上次和朋友續住，我們出去吃飯的時候跟前台説打掃衞生，吃完聯繫酒店前台，説已經打掃乾淨，到達房間後還沒收拾，氣**，後面説要給反饋也沒有消息，經常住韋祥，但是關於發生這個事情讓人很生氣

前台服務人員態度較差 退房的時候 我説正常退 我收拾一下東西就下來 她居然讓我必須在十分鐘內收拾東西走人 不然就要產生費用 從來沒聽説過有哪家酒店不能容忍客人延遲十分鐘退房的 這家酒店 住過很多次了 唯一一次讓人非常失望的 希望能引起重視 做好員工培訓 畢竟花錢不是來受氣的 入住的時候 前台接待的小姑娘口氣就異常大… 不像是能幹服務行業的 一次較差的入住體驗 …

酒店大廳環境還可以，服務呢怎麼説還算行吧，房間的這個衞生就實在不行還不要説細節衞生。最主要的早餐太簡單了沒什麼可吃的直接，沒菜了也不及時添加，包子還是涼的，衹有涼菜沒有任何熱菜。尤其早餐太湊合。
