The location is excellent. Just a few minutes' walk to the left, and you'll reach the 'Love Tree.' To the right, you can easily hail a taxi right outside the main entrance. Let's start with the positives. The female housekeeping staff were all incredibly kind and enthusiastic – truly fantastic! The front desk staff, both male and female, communicated with a very calm and gentle tone. My only less pleasant experience was with an older male staff member, who seemed like a steward or manager. He would stare directly at guests without any discretion, which I found very impolite!!! Does he think he owns the place and is wearing multiple hats? That really shouldn't be the case. If this role isn't essential, it could surely be filled by more tall (186cm), refined, fair-skinned, handsome young men who understand personal boundaries. There are plenty of young people looking for such opportunities. He reminded me of a male cashier from a less refined place, like the 'Red Bottle Teahouse' at the alley entrance. In such an elegant hotel setting, staff should truly interact with guests gracefully, politely, and with a clear sense of personal boundaries. Familiarity should never lead to disrespect or overstep proper etiquette.

Excellent location, close to the historical cultural area Three Places and Seven Lanes. The scenic West Lake Park is just next to the hotel. You can go to the park through the hotel’s private door. The hotel employees are nice and helpful. The room with lake view is fabulous.

The location is pretty good, with Sanfang Qixiang just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself is clean and well-equipped, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous. Out of all the places we stayed during our ten-day family trip, this hotel was by far the most satisfying. The only minor inconvenience was that the parking lot was over 100 meters away, requiring a short walk for those traveling by car.

Atour is my absolute go-to for every trip; I wouldn't even consider other hotels. I'm incredibly particular about my bed and pillows – if they're not right, I simply can't sleep. Fun fact: I even use Atour pillows at home! Their service is consistently outstanding. The front desk team, both male and female staff, are always polite and incredibly thoughtful. Luggage storage is a breeze. To really dive into the local culinary scene, I sometimes order five or six different food deliveries in a single day – honestly, it gets to the point where I feel a bit sheepish! Once, when the robots couldn't keep up, a staff member even personally delivered an order to my room, haha. The Atour branch near Sanfang Qixiang is perfectly situated, offering super convenient access to the subway, major attractions, and fantastic local eateries. For all you solo adventurers out there, don't hesitate – book this hotel! Seriously, you can trust my recommendation! I've already arrived in Xiamen for my trip and guess what? I'm staying at another Atour here too, hahaha! Wishing everyone a wonderful life! Can't wait for my next stay!

Let me tell you about the [hotel name] I stayed at! The guy at the front desk was very efficient. He checked me in and reminded me that breakfast was until 10 o'clock and the gym was open 24 hours a day. The room was bigger than I expected, and the bedding was very soft. I didn't want to get up after lying on it. There were no water stains on the bathroom mirror, and the shower gel smelled pretty good. The most surprising thing was that there were washed apples and oranges on the table, and a note was left next to it. Although the handwriting was average, it was comfortable to look at. Breakfast was so lively! The wonton pot was bubbling, and there was a line at the fried egg stall. I took a bowl of noodles and added two large spoons of hot sauce. The uncle next to me asked me where I got the hot sauce. The waiter seemed to have eyes when collecting the plates. He came over as soon as he put down the empty bowl. There was a subway station downstairs, and there was a milk tea shop a few steps away. When I checked out, the front desk stuffed me two bags of scented tea and said I would drink it on the way. This hotel is really good, I will definitely stay here next time I come here!

The service was very good. The hotel upgraded the room for free for two people. I have trouble sleeping and was worried about the noise because it is next to the road, but once I closed the windows there was no problem at all The hotel is very attentive to details. There is also laundry detergent for washing underwear, disposable compressed towels, and sewing kits that have not been seen for a long time. There are fish balls in the morning, which are delicious. The subway is just opposite the hotel, and it is very convenient to travel. It is only two stops to Sanfang Qixiang.

The room is very clean and tidy. The housekeeper will check the room before check-in to ensure the hygiene and safety of the room. The environment near the hotel is also very good, with green plants. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop of the hotel, which is very convenient for swimming. Xiao Fang at the front desk is very active in service, and I feel very good staying here.

The hotel is on the fifth or sixth floor of a building. I felt it was just average when I first checked in, but later I found that the hotel service was very good, with freshly ground coffee and snacks, comfortable bedding, quiet rooms, KFC breakfast, boiled eggs and fruits, and good toiletries.
