位置就在正榮財富中心附近，紫光小鎮對面，交通覓食都很便利，由於對氣味比較敏感，進入樓層及房間時發現有異味，前台小香耐心詢問緣由並幫我更換房間，上樓過程禮賓也主動給我提供幫助，但是樓層服務非常一般，兩次發現房間有異味，給我的感覺是清潔不到位的拖把拖過樓梯口和房間內外的味道，類似嘔吐過的殘留味，給人感覺很不好，我直接在樓道犯惡心，有兩個大姐就在邊上各忙各的看見客人就跟沒看見似的，後面換了個樓層，我需要凈化器，給我送凈化器的服務員衹是問了一句：是你要凈化器嗎，我答覆對後，她放下就走了，也沒教我如何使用，這就是對客人應有的服務態度？難道不應該幫我把東西配進去再把開關開好嗎？還好前台的小香送房卡上來時幫我打開了凈化器。房間設施智能，語音喚醒➕語音開關電視，不過房間杯子清潔不到位，玻璃杯看到了清晰脣印…… 中午在2樓餐廳用餐，脆皮烤鴨很好吃，但是石橄欖鮑魚湯，那個鮑魚沒有泡開根本咬不斷。 不得不説前台服務比較好，白天有在解釋説明異味情況，晚上去前台詢問旅遊攻略也是有問必答。 第二天也吃了早餐，明檔工作人員也會耐心解答，自助形式中西結合，有熱菜、麪包可頌、咖啡機雜糧機還有果味飲品，選擇了撈化還可以加鹵汁或者肉汁還有小菜，唯一的建議就是：如果有牙線就更好了。 綜合建議:客房服務意識不夠，員工基本沒有服務，需要加強員工培訓。
