在縣城這種比較老式的酒店基本上味道重，服務差，衞生差，這個酒店無論是大堂還是客房都給人驚喜的感覺，異味很少，衞生不錯，特別是衞生間帶窗户，這已經是酒店業不多見的了，是可以常住的地方，我們因為到山丹軍馬場遊玩而選擇了這家酒店

酒店位置好，停車場大在酒店後面院子裏出行方便安全。前台服務員服務態度很好，很和氣面帶微笑感覺很親切。房間很大，乾淨整潔衞生。很滿意的住宿酒店。

後院大停車場停車方便，有桿，安全，這一點最好，乾淨衞生有礦泉水抽紙一次性拖鞋。嚴重不足：房間在二樓大廳上，登記住宿退房聲音大有點吵，熱水放不出，退房時要等很久，每一退房者都要等前台一個值班人員去樓上查完上一個人的房下樓來處理完後再接下一個退房者（從未見過），早晨查房開票停車場起竿一個值班人員要同時幹當然會很忙。當天入住登記的前台眼鏡女語言和態度嚴重有問題，太不適合前台應該換掉

位於民樂財政局旁邊，旁邊就是民樂一中。院內可以免費停車，但入口很窄還有上坡。前台態度一般，服務不是很周到。房間很小，設施齊全，但窗户被酒店牌子遮住了，等於開不了窗，很難受。房間隔音很差，可以清晰聽到樓道內人走動和説話的聲音，對睡眠很影響。旁邊的一家牛肉麪店味道很一般，但送菜送蛋。一中對面的麻辣燙味道也一般，價格也不低，不是本地麻辣燙，不推薦。賓館好在價格優惠，物有所值！

第一次給差評，旅遊過來的，下午預訂了房間，到了拿到房卡直接去吃飯了，吃完飯回來一進房間，放下東西一看房間沒空調，衹有一個小的吹風機，又想着打開窗户好一點，結果窗户外面還有一個大玻璃封死的，密不透風，然後下去找前台換房間，前台態度賊差，説什麼已經過了一個小時了，不能換了，反問我為什麼不先去看房間（拿到房卡後我還問了前台那裡可以吃飯，她也告訴了我，並且她給我開了停車場的門，她知道我沒回房間直接去吃的飯）我就請問了，房間這個沒空調，窗户密不透風的情況，不是應該提前告知我嗎？然後在我一再的堅持下，她帶我去看了另一間房，並説衹能換一次，還説要下樓檢查原來的房間，我也同意了。我們一起去看了新的房間，然後下樓去原來的房間，她給我來個不行，動了被子，無法更換，太好笑了，各位請看下圖，她説我動了被子，我住酒店第一件事不應該掀開被子看床單是否乾淨的嗎，更何況我人都沒坐上床，然後就端着她態度高高在上説不換（態度差到不行），沒辦法我衹能找平台解決，在平台客服的解決下不情願的上來給我換房間（平台溝通過後態度稍微好了一點），對了這個酒店蚊子多還沒蚊香液，半夜熱的不行還斷電，誰來誰知道，踩大雷了，朋友們，閉坑吧！還有前台不培訓下，這生意遲早完蛋，酒店格局大一點吧！

環境：前台幫升級了豪華標間，房間很大，衞生也很好。沒有什麼糟心的事。
服務：服務特別好，因為是最靠裡麪一間，外面好像有一個配電箱裏有個控制設備，睡前聽見有聲音給老闆一聯繫就關了，服務態度很好。
總得來説一次舒心的旅程。

酒店整體可以，但訂房時己選擇是接待香港人仕，可是辦理入住時說不能登記資料，要爭論後才好不願意給我們入住。（因中途交通阻滯，辧理時己是晚上11時多，故想快點入住休息，因此感覺十分不爽）
