Staying for 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Everything is good especially the room due to the deluxe room being full & upgraded to a premier room 😍😊
But the bad thing is, the receptionist is kinda gloomy & unwilling to solve the problem. On the first night staying, i still didn't sleep & forgot to lock the door. Luckily the door guard is intact, and i heard someone trying to open the door. The next morning, I requested to see CCTV footage to know who the one opening our door room was. But the receptionist said, "oh we wrongly gave the room key last night to the guest".. that's not the answer to what we want.. that means the hotel is not secure at all for a guest to stay.
On the 2nd day, i already set the button for the make up room, but no housekeeping doing make up room after back from Bazaar Gawai late night.. and i ask the receptionist and they answer "Oh, we fully book & need to clean the room ASAP & didn't do make up room" 😅 is that an excuse not to do make up room??
All the time I'm going to the receptionist, the same receptionist is not smiling at all 😅😅
For the facility, everything is good but no phone in the room 🤣 so it's hard to reach reception or housekeeping.
