Ολα ήταν πολύ καλύτερα από ότι περίμενα , πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ακριβώς απέναντι απ9 το πάρκο με μπαλκόνια με θεα σε αυτό, Κάθε είδους δωμάτια , πιο απλά , αλλά οικογενειακά , αλλά με επαγγελματικο χώρο ανάλογα τις ανάγκες του καθένα Καθαρά δωμάτια με σύγχρονα καθαρά μπάνια , ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΟ ΦΑΓΗΤΟ , και τοπικά πιάτα και διεθνή Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό και οι ιδιοκτήτες μας φέρθηκαν σαν να ήμασταν καλεσμένοι φίλοι τους

I wanted to have a nice family dinner with my husband and kid and came across this Bastya Wellness hotel. We arrived at 7 pm and ordered our appetizers and drinks by 7:15 pm with approximately 10 guests in the restaurant including my family. The server a young woman came across and took our main course order at 7:30. At 8 pm the restaurant only had my family and one other couple left inside. Around 8:10 I proceeded to find someone to figure out what was taking so long with our food. This time I approached a server a young man who responded to me that I should be patient and that the kitchen was busy, which I in turn responded I would’ve been if someone had come over to our table and explained to us what was taking so long and the restaurant is empty. After the young man's response to me, my husband and I decided after a brief discussion to leave, and sure enough, our food arrived at 8:13 pm exactly. While I struggled to eat a well-done steak after I asked for medium rare I spoke to another person who was attached to the hotel whose name is Zolton. I asked Zolton if he was the supervisor and he said no as he continued to listen to my frustration. While we tried to make the best of the meal we were not happy so decided to leave. On our way to pay the bill, we were informed by the same rude server that we got a discount because the food took too long. I would just like to say thank you to Zolton but the restaurant staff need to get their act together.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. We had a warm welcome, they escorted us to our room. The room is not a luxury suite, but it was clean, and apart from the 2 bugs that disturbed us at night, we were satisfied with everything. They probably came in when a balcony door was open. The wellness section was included in the price and we really enjoyed the pools. Unfortunately, the gym was closed, and I couldn't open the door, but it wasn't necessary to ask for help at the reception. Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, and you can choose from high-quality and exceptionally tasty dishes. The restaurant definitely received an excellent rating from me. Unfortunately, we had to pay separately for drinks at dinner, they were not included in the basic price. I will spend much more time here next time.

Stayed here for four nights on business. The room was huge with comfortable seating and two TVs. The minibar was well stocked and the prices quite reasonable. Parking in front of the hotel is chargeable but there is a free car park a distance away around the rear. The restaurant food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fairly standard but when stock was running low on a very busy morning more effort is needed to stop it running out. The price I paid for the room was less than a Premier Inn so well chuffed. Recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

If I’m taking time to write such detailed and negative feedback, believe me I have a good reason to do so. After travelling a fair amount of time in my life in Hungary and abroad I can genuinely say that this hotel is by far my worst experience. This hotel does NOT meet the expectations of a 4* hotel nor a wellness hotel. I hope my very valid complaints will be heard by the owners/managers and taken into consideration for improvement. Hotel: genuinely tired looking and the cleanliness is very much questionable. Looks all right at the first glance but once you look at it closely you can see tat it’s not up to scratch. Balcony was filthy with heavy dust (no excuse needed in response as I’m stating facts), peeling wallpapers, mouldy bathroom. Also, a terrible sewage smell lingering around the corridors and my bathroom for sure. This has been reported twice during my stay but not been once acknowledged. Rooms: asked for a large double bed (as the option given in booking.com)but was given two single beds pushed together so I ended up being squeezed into the gap night after night as I was sharing my room with two small children. Mattress was also very soft and rather uncomfortable. Nonetheless, my sleepless nights were made even worse by the two industrial size fans under my window going off in every hour. It was particularly bad at night and broke my sleep night after night. Yet again, I’ve complained about it but no room change was offered, only to be told we will look into this and left as it was. Thx! Not to mention the fact, that even the simplest hotel would stock their rooms with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Well, this so called 4* hotel had none of it and when asked for it I was told that they don’t offer it. When I wanted to take my coffee from the breakfast into my room to enjoy it on my balcony I was told it’s not allowed BUT I can buy one from the bar. What a joke! Adding to the ridiculously poor quality of this hotel, the bathroom had no shampoo, shower gel ect only a foamy soap in a wall dispenser. This is not acceptable if you are running and charging for a 4* hotel. Stocking your rooms with coffee,tea,shampoo ect should be basics!!! Towels are small, bathrobes are thin and cheap quality and I could keep going on and on about the list of issues… Wellness: dirty and tired; very old equipments in the gym where half naked soaking wet men were tossing around with some weights, the place should be managed and not allowing people in there from the pools. The floor was wet and unsafe. Some saunas didn’t work and the indoor pools were very very small and dirty with no fresh air. Very unpleasant environment and not relaxing at all. The outdoor pool was out of service to my greatest disappointment. Had I known that the outdoor pool wasn’t working I wouldn’t have bothered booking in this hotel. This wasn’t brought to my attention during the booking in the description on ***********, nor during the confirmation emails. I felt ripped o

Bad service, unprofessional staff, unclean rooms that are not cleaned at all, poor quality beds - old and worn. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Someone should check the categorization of this hotel.
