So grateful I managed to book this hotel while my first flight was delayed near midnight and I couldn’t catch the next flight back home. Thanks to trip.com I managed to book instantly and just walked over to the hotel right across T3. Had a good night sleep before I catch the next flight home at noon. The reception staff was friendly and showed sympathy and gave me a good room on the quiet side of the hotel.
booked this hotel as it’s near the airport so good place to stay the day before my flight! room was very spacious and clean, and could see the runway outside of my window. fast and hassle-free check-in and checkout as well. managed to check in early and check out late :)

The room size is a little bit small for three adults and one kid. Service is good, and breakfast is good.

Had a long layover at Pearson, this hotel is perfect for an airport transfer. Easy to get to and overall nice rooms. Food is pretty good also. Highly recommended!
Worst hotel ever.
I have been travel to many places, live in many hotel, motels, inns and Air bnb, this is the very worst experience I’ve ever had, noisy room, bad food, bad staff attitude and unbelievable way to charge people.
First, I payed deposit by cash, then pay for upgrade to club lounge by card, but my card have been charged $100 instead of $60+ tax
Front desk told me because when I inserted my card, the system will automatically charge me $100 deposit, No one noticed me this until I go down to front desk and ask them, and I don’t understand if this is how it works, why they still took my cash? They just make me pay extra $31 without notice me!
I never heard Double deposit from any hotel.
Second, when I double check about my “credit card deposit”(what a hilarious thing to say) refund, front desk staff told me that staff in night shift forgot about the refund so she has to do it now. She can leave her attitude to the night shift staff, I am not the person forgot to do my work. She did, hardly, uncomfortably, said “…..sorry.” at the very last second before I left.
Hey! I owe her nothing okay?
Third, I left something valued $200CAD in the fridge, the hotel never bother to give me a call, until I went back home and unpack my stuff then realized it, I call the hotel, they just tell me to go to “I left my stuff.com” to fill out a form them they “might” contact me in 24 hour.
I was in Toronto until 4pm, Why I never got a call about left my stuff in the room? Did housekeepers just throw them away or took it and never report it? Or they did report and the hotel (which cost $300 per night) didn't bother to make that call?
Fourth, my room is a the corner of elevator area, I can hear EVERY SINGLE THING from every one live in that level, ALL NIGHT!
What a friendly arrangement for a person just experienced 20 hours flight arrived 2am and need to leave 9am? Let’s just don’t let her have a rest huh?
Last, that club longe, which cost $60+tax, totally not worth it. I stayed in holiday inn once, breakfast are not so different, Only here have Starbucks coffee and croissants are good croissants. But I wouldn’t pay $60 just for a Starbucks and croissants.
I choose Sheraton because my flight was long, I was tired, I need a good night rest while I arrive, so I am well to pay the most expensive price for a good rest, and these are are what Sheraton gave me, a nightmare from the very first to the end.
