"Close to airport. Shuttle every half hour.
Average airport hotel, but the amenities are poor. Theoretically, the amenities should be plenty - there is an indoor pool, a fitness centre, even an indoor basketball court and a squash court!
HOWEVER - the pool was closed for maintenance, the basketball court was closed for “essential upgrades”, the squash court was “out of service”, and the fitness centre was poorly lit…. They all seem to be permanently being maintained or not maintained well at all!
So in reality, nothing was working"
"Room 1145 air conditioner was extremely noisy. Hard to sleep due to that and outside noise (hoons reving up at 1am). Shower, bed and linens were good. This hotel has a guest laundry on b2. The restaurant service was terrible, brought soup and main meal at the same time. Quality of the food was average. Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late for airport pick up, 10 minutes late for drop off, it services the Hilton Airport hotel as well. The king room was quite large."

"The hotel is very close to the airport. It takes less than half an hour to take a taxi, and it costs about 60 dollars. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The hygiene is very clean. The front desk service is also very good. It is very close to TD Bank, supermarkets, and dollar stores. There is no breakfast. It costs more than 200 Canadian dollars a day. The price is not expensive. I will stay here next time and recommend it to relatives and friends nearby👍"
"It was the first flight in the morning, but it was very convenient because I could take the free shuttle to the airport immediately from the hotel. The hotel was also very nice."
"I had a great stay at Radisson. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"Impressed by large room and size of bathroom, kitchenet. Check-in went smoothly and staff was helpful
Breakfast space was quite limited specially during busy time 8-10AM
Most of items at breakfast were repeated so for guests staying longer than one day it would be a bit of disappointing"
"I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at.
The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all.
Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby.
Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.
TtabimemoNear Toronto Pearson Airport. There is a shuttle bus from the airport, but I didn't know where it was, so I took an Uber taxi. The room was simple, but clean and nice. Since it is close to the airport, the sound of the planes is quite loud. I didn't mind it that much, but if you are bothered by it, you may not be able to sleep. I also had free breakfast. When you check in, you will be asked if you want to use the shuttle bus to the airport, so if you tell them the time, they will give you a ticket and send you off.
GGuest UserI recently stayed, and my overall experience was very satisfying.
The hotel making it very convenient as it is near the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The bathroom facilities were also very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The breakfast buffet options were abundant, with a variety of hot and cold dishes, all delicious. I especially enjoyed their fruit and drink. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
GGuest UserI don't know why I booked a barrier-free king-size room, but was actually given a standard room. 🥲
When you land at Canada Pearson Terminal 3, there will be the names and phone numbers of hotels near the airport at the airport exit. Dial the three-digit code of the hotel and the front desk will tell you which gate and number to wait for the shuttle bus. Don't worry about the hotel's name being on the shuttle bus. Just tell the driver the address of your hotel when you get in the car.
The deposit is paid by credit card and will be automatically refunded when you check out at 12 o'clock.
The shuttle bus is free 24 hours a day. If you want to be dropped off at the airport, you need to tell the hotel what time your flight is in advance and they will arrange a shuttle bus for you. Whether going to T1 or T3, it is very fast and arrives within 10 minutes.
The hotel room is large, quiet, clean and has a super large bathroom. All furniture is available. There are no slippers or toothbrushes, so you need to prepare them yourself.
The overall feeling is pretty good, I highly recommend it.
DDYXYThe Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay for business and leisure travelers, with its close proximity to Toronto Pearson International Airport and free airport shuttle service. Guests appreciate the modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and workspaces, as well as amenities like an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. Business travelers benefit from meeting rooms and a business center, while the friendly staff enhances the overall experience. However, some guests report occasional maintenance issues and noise concerns due to its airport location. Despite minor drawbacks, the hotel provides a reliable and budget-friendly option for transit passengers and short-term stays.
JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.
BBritishagent007This hotel is very close to the airport (15 min walking distance). The hotel also offers shuttle services. There is a sport bar and a restaurant inside. This hotel has 2 floors with no evaluator. Everything is fine but the hotel has signs of aging and needs a modelling.
GGuest UserReception and restaurant staff were excellent.
My room was very clean with everything you need for an overnight stay. Even got a warm chocolate cookie when checking in.
GGuest UserThe facility was a little old, but clean.
It was disappointing that there was no water service.
I requested a shuttle bus to the airport the next day, but it wasn't on the reservation list, so I couldn't get on at that time. I explained the situation and they were able to help me out.
YYouyouThe hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the beds are clean and comfortable. I am very satisfied that the rooms are equipped with irons, hair dryers, coffee machines and other equipment to meet the needs of our passengers. The only fly in the ointment is that there are no restaurants around, not even a convenience store, and the breakfast downstairs in the hotel is a bit expensive.
The average price for hotels in Mississauga is SAR 680 on weekdays, and SAR 719 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
