Great stay in a beautiful region
We had a lovely stay at the Alp Cron Moarhof. The bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed the spa with the saunas and the dinner was great. It was quite heavy traffic driving pass our window early in the morning though - but it probably sounded heavy since everything else was quite... We had the window open.

two stars? perhaps too much... from the room, which was also dirty, devoid of any comfort, to the spa (!!), horrible, to the ski/boot room, unwatchable, to the restaurant, extremely disappointing, I couldn't find a positive note; Furthermore, for skiing there is public transport which is very inconvenient. Never again N.B. I actually went there three years ago, but I didn't find the option. I still wanted to write a review, to prevent other naive people like me from falling for it...

Wonderful places, unfortunately mediocre structure with 5 star prices and 2 star services. Decent cuisine, almost sufficient; the buffet was poor, as well as repetitive: at 7.40pm the grilled vegetables were already finished (with the maximum time for dinner being 8.30pm), and when I asked for more, they replied that they were no longer available despite the 115 € per day. But the most serious thing is profiting from tap water: a carafe €2.5, scandalous! Lastly, but perhaps even more serious, is having found, upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon, the door to the room completely wide open (a very serious fact). There is no hospitality or customer care, terrible service.

Bellissimo Hotel in centro a Valdaora (in posizione strategica e tranquilla vicino alla stazione ferroviaria) . Appena ristrutturato con nuove spaziose camere bellissime nello stile ricercato. Cucina curatissima con ampia scelta tra cucina locale, mediterranea e internazionale. Ampia la zona SPA con bellissima funzionale piscina e possibilitàdi fare trattamenti. Molto professionale e attenta la gestione dei proprietari Kevin con Manuela e Sig. Rinaldo con la moglie ai quali va il nostro più sincero ringraziamento per le amorevoli attenzioni avute nelle nostre 3 settimane di soggiorno.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato quest'anno per la prima volta in questo hotel e il nostro giudizio è senza dubbio molto positivo. La struttura è ottimamente gestita: stanza accogliente e dotata del giusto spazio per tre persone, pulizia ottima, anche tenendo conto delle mie problematiche di allergia, cucina eccellente, personale competente e sempre gentile e zona spa ben organizzata e pulita. La posizione dell' hotel è davvero ottimale in quanto vicinissimo a fermata bus, negozi di ogni genere e ufficio informazioni turistiche. Anche la stazione ferroviaria è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre il paese di Valdaora di mezzo è davvero grazioso e permette di effettuare escursioni di ogni genere e anche passeggiate serali. Consigliamo senza dubbio la struttura.
