受付のスタッフの説明が分かりづらい。 聞き取りづらい。 施設は綺麗だけど、この金額で味わえる特別感が少なく感じました。

2020年に利用させて頂き2度目の宿泊でした。 オフシーズンの宮古島を堪能できました。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございます。 一点気になったのは、レストランで注文したペスカトーレが魚介の出汁の味が全くせず、トマトパスタに海鮮が乗っている感じでした。

We had an extraordinary stay at Iraph Sui, a Luxury Collection Hotel from June 16–21, 2025. This resort is truly a hidden gem in Irabu island, Miyakojima, offering a perfect blend of understated luxury, personalized service, and breathtaking ocean views. We were incredibly honored to be upgraded to the Presidential Suite (Room 311), the finest suite in the hotel. The space, the design, and the panoramic views were simply unforgettable, it was a highlight of our entire trip to Japan. We are especially grateful to the front desk team, including Satoru, Daisuke, Yutarou, and Mari, for their warm welcomes and daily kindness. Special thanks to Takashi, the Room Manager, for ensuring our comfort throughout the stay, and to Mr. Toshio Ito, whose thoughtfulness made us feel genuinely at home. We also like to thank Yutaro Inaba, the Assistant Manager, for his professional hospitality and excellent coordination that made everything seamless. From the tranquil setting to the outstanding team, Iraph Sui is the epitome of refined island hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone seeking a serene, luxurious retreat—and we will absolutely return when we next visit Miyakojima.
