The staff and the front desk are very respectful and helpful at times of needing anything they responded promptly and with a smile I will be staying with them again and I recommend it a good place to stay and rest breakfast and cleanliness.

Absolutely terrible! Checked in & given a room that was clearly NOT ready! Two beds & one bed NOT made up with pillows on the floor. Bath dirty, not cleaned. No towels in the bathroom. Soap left in the sink opened & packaging to the side. Breakfast was disgraceful! It didn’t exist. It was from 6-9am & at 8.30am there was only cereal! All the juice had gone, nothing replenished. Cooked food had all gone. Staff comment was that “everyone comes down between 6 & 7am & gets it!” There is no member of staff setting up, replenishing & cleaning up, it’s the front desk person doing everything. ONE member of staff at ALL times is crazy!

酒店新刷了牆，但是其他設施老的，新牆面也難隱其破舊，我住的這個房間的枕頭也不知道是床靠背的油漆染了上去？ 還是很久沒有洗？ 另外，這個酒店的WiFi 速度非常慢，基本不能用；房間給了桌子，竟然沒有椅子，一把也沒有，那給桌子的意義何在？？？？？

Bed bugs in my bed!!!!! I’ve formally complained to **********, and provided them with pictures. The fact that the manager would not speak to us, after we left multiple messages made it even worse. All that happened was the housekeeping moved us to a new room. So I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!

The place had almost no food for the breakfast. There was a few sausage patties, no eggs, a few slices of bread, but no butter. There were minimal items on display. Desk clerk was able to get one or two items from the back. Cereal was out on some items and other dispensers didn't work. There were a couple of yogurts and 3 muffins. There was almost no plastic eating utensils. Day two was worse than the first! The television system didn't work very well. On day 2 someone tried to fix it. They made it a little better. In all, there might be 6 or 7 channels that work. No news programs at all. The telephone wasn't even plugged in, and there was no clock. I try to not be critical of establishments, but this one is hard to praise. The evening desk clerk at check in was the one bright spot. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, which was greatly appreciated.

Room was clean as well as bathroom. Bed was super comfy but sounded like it was on stilts

I did not feel comfortable during my stay. When I entered the room, it did not appear properly cleaned and felt like it was assigned without being thoroughly prepared. The bed cover did not smell fresh and had visible stains, which was very concerning. Additionally, the latch on the door was stuck, and I had difficulty exiting the room, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet expectations.

Tommy smelled of smoke, moved , 2nd room was musty, 3rd room was ok but found someone’s dirty sock. Gym was dismal, treadmill, bike and exercise ball, that’s it. Breakfast was no existent, some bread, no juice machine, coffee and 2 half empty cereals. Some “hard boiled “ eggs that were literally raw, disgusting! Hallways smelled musty and carpet was in poor condition. Towels were well worn and only 3 were given. 1 tiny bottle of each shampoo & conditioner for 4 adults. Internet and tv weren’t working most of the night due to wind. Everything falling off the walls in the shower, afraid to touch it that it would break. Absolutely worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Women who checked us in tried to be helpful, man there in the morning was completely useless and rude.

The breakfast was fairly fresh but there was never enough say fruit by like 730 am. Maybe add a little coffee creamer variety coffee and room coffee are bland as hell. Basic. It's like coffee you'd find at a library, or at church. Not a fan. Grits are good though. Do enjoy the breakfast bowls I can make. But a gain alot of times there's no eggsnby 730. More fruit. Butter? Bagels. Something more than load bread. It's like living with minorites. And this is just constructive criticism, for the most part I thoroughly enjoy my stay at this establishment. No major complaints at all, just figure I'd request a little improvement as I myself intend to be staying for a while myself.
