I have read some of the older reviews here and think this place must have turned itself around quite a bit. Service was good, staff very friendly and attentive, no nightclub noise as it was closed. Any remarks we had were dealt with promptly. Absolutely enjoyed our 3 days and 2 nights here. Good breakfast in the morning (make sure you ask for the one that is included, if you order à la carte you pay extra), had a really nice, long dinner by the pool with a good bottle of wine, the garden is fantastic and the hotel is in a good location for going for a walk afterwards. We parked our car in one of the side streets and it was absolutely fine. Make sure you read up on the history of the hotel. There are many articles about it online.

Heard a lot about the hotel & restaurant, and was supposed to have decent to good lunch. Unfortunately we were not able to find out. We entered the hotel and asked if we could go for lunch, we were seated at a table and then they forgot us (we were the only table at the moment). I mean, what? We ended up leaving, and after reading some of the other reviews it is good that we left, it’s a place with some nice history and looks quite good, but the service is horrible

Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et au petit soin, tout le monde vous demande si tout va bien et si vous n’avez besoin de rien une gentillesse incroyable, j’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels à mohammedia ou le personnel est très paresseux. Je reviendrai dans cette hôtel juste pour l’intérêt que pour le personnel a ses clients. Vraiment digne d’un grand hôtel

La chambre (101) dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin sauf un mini-frigo. Absence du ampoule et aucune chaine en français. La chambre, bien qu’au-dessus de l’entrée principale, était très calme le soir. Le seul bruit étant celui de la grille qui ferme l’accès la nuit. La salle de bain a le mérite d’avoir une baignoire, par contre l’humidité ronge les bords du grand miroir, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, le revêtement de la baignoire a vécu, les joints sont vieux mais nettoyés, la bonde ne se commande plus, l’accès (entrée/sortie) de la baignoire est risqué pour les personne âgées, une ampoule grillée. Il y a aussi des chevilles sectionnées sur le marbres qui dépassent et peuvent faire mal. Mais ce qui est important, c’est la propreté et tout était propre. Le linge de toilette sentait bon… Petit-déjeuner en service à table costaud permettant de faire l’impasse sur le repas de midi. Restaurant non testé mais brunch (suite à un mariage) très bien et diversifié. Le visiteur n’a jamais faim en sortant de table Le jardin est assez luxuriant, il y a différent recoins où se poser, des tas de parasols, une très belle piscine. Le personnel est très gentil mais avec une connaissance limitée du français. La rapidité du service n’a rien à envier à celui de la région PACA et se retrouve dans d’autres hôtels, bars… Bien que situé un peu à l’intérieur, la plage est à 5 minutes à pieds. Personnellement, je trouve le rapport qualité/prix très bien comparativement à des échos d’un hôtel de chaine dans les mêmes tarifs mais moins bien (pas de piscine…). J’y reviendrai volontiers.

Hôtel sympa et calme. Chambre douillette et confortable. Personnel adorable. Piscine, très joli jardin, dans un quartier calme. Repas très bons, ambiance sympa le soir. Gagnerait peut être à prévoir un buffet au petit déjeuner, qui serait plus varié.

Le service est nul, plus d’une heure pour trois tapas et deux entrecôtes qui sont arrivé froides. la purée ressemble à de la bouillie en boîte, la sauce au poivre c’est transformé en sauce champignons Très mauvaise expérience je ne recommande pas du tout
