Unfortunately, my mother, who was going to be traveling with us, passed away suddenly a few days before our scheduled trip. Despite these extenuating circumstances, the hotel refused to refund the cost of our booking. Any other hotel would have made an exception for bereavement."

"The room was clean, and the location was excellent – close to the lake. The grounds surrounding the building are very well-maintained, with plenty of greenery. My only reservations are the wardrobes, which are old. Unfortunately, you can't put anything in them because they smell musty. These wardrobes should be repainted or thrown out. The water kettle could be electric. The gas stove takes a long time to boil water for tea or coffee. The TV only has Italian channels, and there are no music or sports channels that everyone knows, like MTV, Euro Sport, etc. These are minor details, but I think it's worth improving; it will make the customer even more satisfied with their stay.
