Great service

床單被罩枕套使用次數多了，有中央空調，吹風機，設施中規中矩，老城裡沒什麼好酒店，還可以吧。

房間還算大，但很舊

挺一般的，設施很久了

一樓的餐廳食物出品非常不錯 就是你需要有點耐心，三人房非常非常寬敞，地點對於第二天逛老城非常友好

服務員態度很好

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 市中心，酒店好像剛裝修過。

It was a great place to stay in! Very friendly staff and good location! However, the internet might be very slow in the room so you might have to come out to the front to use it

The property is old need restoration n upgrade. The back of the property building is next to some night club noisy on the weekends. But, the staff was nice to move me to the front of the property.

One of the landmark hotels built in the year 1938. A hotel which was one the best rated hotels for a long time. Today, run down and mismanaged. With a perfect location , if visiting the CBD in Mombasa. Taken over by Sentrim hotels , but, lacking in so many essentials needed to give it a four or five star rating . Which it had at some point in the past. Sentrim hotels need to really revamp this hotel. Our second year staying at this establishment, we were hoping for some improvement since our last stay, but, it’s even more run down . A fresh coat of paint isn’t enough , when there is no hot water, door locks don’t work , no internal communications ( you need something , you have to leave your room and ask the front desk ) , bathroom fittings have rusted away . This can go back to its former glory with proper management. If visiting Mombasa and need to book , make sure you get a room in which everything works .

The hotel is a remarkable building and has a nice athmosphere. The bathroom is a bit dated but the rooms are spacious and well equiped. The staff is great and really friendly.

The staff were very friendly. They completed my bookings at the last minute, and Madam Caro was a great help. She ensured that our conference ran smoothly. I loved the food; it was delicious! I would recommend Sentrim Castle Royal a thousand times.
