Всего 5 дней было на отдых! Как же было обидно, что в первый же день "намекнули", что надо доплатить за номер (почему блин?!). А когда отказались, то нам швырнули ключи. Как следствие, пока нас не было пол часа в номере, украли деньги (((( Вижу по отзывам, что это нормальная практика в отеле. Ну как так! Остаток отдыха мы пытались вернуть деньги и доказать, что это сделали сотрудники отеля. Правды ради, деньги вернули в последний день. Но не в долларах, а в местной валюте. Которую даже нельзя вывезти!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a fine agosto. Non era pienissimo, e forse questo è stato il plus per avere un servizio davvero buono! Piscina e area scivoli ben tenuta, personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorazione ok, non si può pretendere troppo all’estero…ma i dolci erano davvero super! Animazione presente con diverse attività durante il giorno e spettacolo la sera. A livello di qualità prezzo direi che è ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi senza troppe pretese!!! Zero italiani presenti!

Сразу при заселении требуют доплатить за номер 50$ ! Грязный пляж, везде окурки, пластик, водоросли. В первый же день нас обокрал персонал прямо в номере, есть свидетель. Полицию не дали вызвать, сказали сами разберутся, но ничего не делали. Гид Надежда ничего не делает. Не помогла после кражи денег, не отвечает на звонки, абсолютно бесполезна и аморфна. Очень грубый и не профессиональный персонал на ресепшене.

Отдых в отеле был чудесным! Были в октябре 2023 года, летели с ребенком 9 месяцев , народу в отеле было мало , что нам было очень на руку ведь с малышом так проще, спокойный отдых , как мы и выбирали! Отель очень понравился , большая красивая территория , чистые номера, разнообразие бассейнов , вкусные коктейли . В ресторане еда в большинстве однообразная но тоже все было вкусно , мало фруктов выпало на этот сезон , но это наверное уже везде так в октябре. Очень близкий и удобный выход к морю , шезлонги с матрасами бесплатно, море было чистейшее и достаточно теплое. Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить команде аниматоров , утренняя зарядка , аква-аэробика, вечерние танцы, конкурсы, караоке, крутая музыка (кстати диджей ставил музыку опираясь на всех гостей отеля и на все вкусы), бесконечное внимание нашему ребенку , просто любовь до бесконечности , спасибо дорогие ребята , а именно Wael ,Djo ,Allada ,Dj Ston ,Pika ,Kristina!!! Мы вас никогда не забудем и если захотим вернуться в Тунис скорее всего ради такого отношения и внимания приедем снова в этот отель или где данная команда будет работать на тот момент ! Food is disgusting. The queues are huge. The plates and cups are dirty. The smell in the hotel is terrible. Its not even worth three stars. We had to wait for our room for about 4 hours. We was with the baby, and we got room in second floor without elevator. Not recommend

It is 3 stars hotel half way between Sousse and Monastir. But you may feel as if it's more than 3 stars. It's not very big, just a little above 300 rooms, so it's not so crowded. And the staff and animators are the best. They are all smiles and nice words. And no, they don't expect you to tip them at every move. There is an indoor pool which is very nice when you're tired of the sun and there are 4 pools outside: the main one quite big and quite deep and there is a bar just beside it. Then, there is small one, somekind of a kids zone, just by the big pool. There are two more pools for kids, both are with the slides, one for small kids and the second one for a little older. However our 10 year old daughter said that the slides are quite boring. Well, they're not very high and she's into extreme sports. Pools are open from 9am to 7pm. Then they are cleaned and chlorined. In the all inclusive mode you got breakfast from 7am till 10am, dinner 12:30-14:30 and supper 7pm to 9pm. It's all served in the main restaurant. There are some hours when it's a little crowded and you have to wait in a queue to get to the food heaters. And sometimes you may see empty dishes for salats, fruits and cakes, but just wait patiently few minutes, the staff brings more and more. Sometimes it's just hard for them to keep up. There is a snack bar in the afternoon, they have pizza from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. They bake it in the cake tin and it's served in small pieces on the plates. It's just with tomato sauce and cheese, and the dough could be a little more salty, but it's nice snack in the afternoon. However you'll have to wait in the queue to get a plate. Lobby bar is open 24h, but remember you won't get strong alcohols after 11pm. And you can get there bottled still mineral water at every hour. Bar by the pool is open from 9am to 10pm. They have a break about 8pm. There are two menus: one all inclusive (coffee, wine, beer, juices, cola, fanta, sprite, still mineral water in bottles, local alcohols). Well, local alcohols are not quite good and rather light. But think about it this way, if all tourists get drunk some of them would be louder, more agrresive, and probably vomitting. There is the second menu with paid drinks like Mojito, Blue Lagoon, Gin Fizz etc. The prices are between 10 and 15 dinars (dt). Ice creams are also extra paid (4-10dt). There is a bar by the beach, all drink are served in paper cups (even mineral water), and there is just quite limited choice. In hotel room is air conditining, you can steer it by yourself. There is also tv (we didn't use it), hairdryer, free safe. We chose standard room for 4 person family, and we were expecting tight room, but it wasn't. Well, it wasn't big family room, but it was ok. Each room has a balcony, some got the sea view, the others garden view, which is also nice. Room is cleaned every day, there are fresh towels and bedsheets every day also.
