The hotel is good. Very friendly staff and fantastic staff. Mainly sisquo and kimo. Would recommend this hotel. Only issue was building work on same floor. And not much food for a pickie eater. But a great 10 days for my family.

Had an amazing time at helia beach in june/July very hot lovely entertainment team especially sisquo and kemo made us feel very welcome always came to talk to us daily.

The rooms are nice and clean when you first come in, staff (animation team) are brilliant with the people they are all nice and kind and can have a joke with them.

Aggressive staff. I would be extremely careful if visiting this hotel for the shop if you are not in the company of a male. We went to visit as it has the biggest shop in the area but we're met by an extremely aggressive staff member at the beach entrance because I said 'we're good, thank you' when he approached us. When I say aggressive this guy was not letting up, we were three women on our own and I felt extremely unsafe to the point I thought he was going to hit me. I'm well travelled and well able but this guy got right up in my face, nose to nose, staring at me a snarling. In the end we just had to walk away because of how intimidating he was. This was 100% not a cultural issue but a very aggressive demeaning man on a power trip. Save your money spend it next door or pop into Monastir

My first time in tunisia, Hotel was nice and big, rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable, bathroom and toilet are old and need updating the toilet is separate and the most stupid design ive EVER seen in any hotel they are so narrow you can hardly sit down comfortably has English movie channels which is a bonus. Bar staff really nice shops in hotel are super overpriced so don't bother with them. Spa is a must so good and worth the money. Food is very much the same at every lunch and dinner time and gets very boring. Breakfast omelette station is mad every morning you could be waiting up to 20 mins for ur turn animation team are good but music stays on loud till around 11.30pm everyday, water sports on beach is really handy, all in all had a good time at this hotel but would try another one if I return to tunisia again
