This is a case of you pay for what you get, but for the same price, we stayed in much nicer hotels and guest houses in Tunisia throughout our trip. The positives; the hotel is affordable and in a decent location, within walking distance of the beach, the pool is also great and the food was good. The downsides; The hotel is very outdated and aged, the bedding cushions, bed spreads, napkins and table cloths were all stained and worn (the cotton bed sheets were fine however). Some of our bathroom towels were not washed and cleaned at all, our hand towel still had the previous guests make up wiped on it. The aircon in our room didn't work, so we had to sleep with the balcony sliding doors open, which made for a nosey nights sleep. The reception staff and some of the other staff were professional and friendly, but in the main, the waiters and kitchen staff treated you like they were doing you a favour, some didn't even bother to help when asked - like for a menu or a drink for example. Some of the attitudes I saw towards other guests, was very poor. When we paid for our dinner, our 35 Tunisian Denar meal, suddenly became 45, clearly the rest was going to be pocketed so we refused to pay the extra fee that came out of no where. To be brutally honest, that was the worst customer service we had experienced in a hotel to date. Overall the guests at the hotel we fine but there were some very drunk guests, literally falling over and stumbling everywhere, with one girl was so drunk, she didn't even realize her boob was hanging out of her bikini. We were so happy to get out of there when we checked out.. The worst hotel we had stayed in in Tunisia.

I spent 7 days thus hotel..the price- quality îs ok.the animații te-am îs 10..and the service te-am îs nota 10..in conclusion was ok

Zidane and the entertainment team were incredible Rooms basic and food ok But the staff made the hotel and our holiday amazing Pool waa fantastic Evening entertainment great fun and drinks flowing Are first holiday in tunisia has been great 100 % return

Fajny hotel, warty odwiedzenia. Dobre jedzenie i drinki. Bardzo mili i pomocni ludzie. Cały czas organizowane są atrakcje dla dorosłych i dzieci i codziennie wieczorem odbywają się pokazy. Generalnie fajne miejsce na odpoczynek.

Just come home from 11 fantastic nights at hotel liberty, a great value for money hotel, a little bit dated, but spotlessly clean, mostly friendly staff, but nothing too much trouble. The evening entertainment was brilliant, animation team got everyone up dancing, their energy and dance skills amazing, probably the best entertainment program of all the hotels I've stayed at! The food was plentyful and flavourful with freshly cooked to order pizzas and pasta dishes, maybe a little repetitive but I'm a fussy eater. The white sandy beach is a short walk away across the road, with a beach bar, water sports and plenty of sunbeds. Only downside, as they deal mostly in cash, the cash machines are a 20 mins taxi ride to the nerest towns, although there are always taxis waiting outside the hotel. All in all an amazing value for money holiday and will definitely return

This hotel is very nice, clean, well maintained. The food is very good, everyone will find something for themselves. Something interesting is always happening, it's hard to get bored there. The animators make the atmosphere more pleasant. There are a lot of attractions in the morning too. The only downside is some waiters who ask for some contact and it would not be a problem if they did not do it a few times despite the refusal. nevertheless, I definitely recommend it and I intend to come back😀
