Hyatt Place Moncton

The location and hotel were great. What was very disappointing was I booked a room with 2 Queen beds. When we checked in yesterday afternoon they said they upgraded my room to king size bed because of how busy they were. I said that was nice, but I was with my 81 year old father and needed 2 beds like I booked. They said oh sorry, but there's a couch in your room. I had 30 minutes to get ready for a family funeral, so I didn't have time to insist something be done. Needless to say I wasn't going to make my father sleep on the couch, so I did. Advised the front desk about this this morning and they said oh sorry.

Great place to stay

每次來蒙克頓都住這家，床比較寬，房間乾淨

乾淨 舒適 體驗感很好

One of the best hotel for the region. Location is great, staff is amazing and the rooms are new, comfortable and clean. The only issue with this place is that's it is very busy and its sometimes difficult to get a room..at a good price.

This was our 3rd year to family vacation at the Hyatt Place Downtown Moncton, NB on the long weekend in September and each year it gets better. The front desk team is amazing...the cleaning staff are amazing, the rooms are impeccably clean and so accommodating with children...lots of space to move around . I have worked at a hotel for 16 years now and enjoy every day...but to walk into the Hyatt in Moncton is a real WOW!!!!!! And our family would like to acknowledge 1 employee in particular his name is Trent and he worked the bar-lounge.....he was amazing a 5 star employee....Thanks again for making our family vacation a memorable one and hope to make it back again next September

Great downtown location, clean, prompt room service and maybe the best hotel breakfast. Pool not overly large but the temperature is warm and kids are happy with it. The Carabba’s Italian restaurant was really good as well. Rate was reasonable, all you need for a nice stay in Moncton.

We were very pleased overall with Hyatt Place, Moncton. The hotel and room were very clean, fresh and updated. We felt extremely safe staying there. All precautions are taken. Beds were comfortable and breakfast delicious. Happy guests.

I’ve stayed in several Hyatt Place Hotels around the world. This is one of the best! Very clean and modern - right downtown- parking $16 Friendly staff- thanks Ed! Room clean and comfortable- comfy bed, nice towels It was a rainy night so I was glad to be able to have dinner in the lounge. Excellent chicken Caesar salad. Another great Hyatt Place stay!
