Υπέροχος, και καθαρός χωρος. Τέλεια φιλοξενία από την κυρία Δέσποινα. Η καλύτερη τοποθεσία για να μείνεις στο κάστρο της Μονεμβασιάς, καθώς είναι 1 λεπτό από την είσοδο του κάστρου, δίπλα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά και ταυτόχρονα στην θάλασσα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We have just had a lovely 2 night stay at Ardamis. Monemvasia is an incredible place and we felt privileged to stay within the castle. It is particularly beautiful at night and first thing in the morning before it gets too crowded. We chose the suite with the ancient well within it. Our room was quirky, very spacious and clean and it was an unforgettable experience to stay here. Our host was warm, friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting to her. Some helpful hints if you are considering staying here - Monemvasia streets are narrow and cobbled with lots of steps and steep and slippery in places, so you will need flat, rubber-soled footwear. For the same reason, it's not easy to move luggage around within the castle walls, so pack lightly if you can. Parking is outside of the castle walls and it's pot luck how close you manage to park.

This property has a great location right within the castle walls. There are several villas on the property. The villa we had was 2 stories with the bedroom and a nice balcony overlooking the sea upstairs and then a sitting area and bathroom downstairs. Everything was clean and well maintained. When we arrived, they arranged a porter to bring us to the property and carry our bags. The property manager showed us where we could access the sea for a swim which was a short walk from the property. We did not expect that we could swim from where we were at the castle and it was a pleasant surprise on a hot day. The location was perfect for viewing the castle early in the morning before the crowds and heat arrived. We woke up early to see the sunrise on our balcony and then walked up to the castle and had the castle practically to ourselves. Definitely a great place to stay in Monemvasia!

On an unbelievably hot day of in excess of 40 degrees we were fortunate enough to park close to the fortified entrance to Monemvasia. Ardamis is less than 100yds from the entrance so not fat over the cobblestones to our room. Greeted by our lovely host either chilled water we were shown to our apartment. On two levels with a balcony and sea views. Traditionally decorated with some lovely pieces and yes aircon which was a life saver on this day. We loved it and could explore the town to our hearts content as the town really comes alive after dark. Will stay again for sure.

Hôtel pension tout à fait original car ce sont de multiples petites chambres réparties dans tout le bâtiment. Nous avons eu celle avec le loft et la vue sur la mer… L’accueil est très agréable , même si le mari de la responsable ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. Tout était original, bien aménagé, et que dire du petit déjeuner ? Il est apporté sous la tonnelle devant votre chambre. Et les produits sont faits, maison de très grande qualité. À recommander. Absolument nous reviendrons.

Je n’ ai pas de mots pour décrire la vie que l’on a de notre chambre, magnifique, époustouflante, splendide… Dans les ruelles de Monemvassia ce trouve cet hôtel où l’hôtesse vous accueille chaleureusement et que dire du petit déjeuner « pantagruélique » au soleil sur une terrasse au dessus de la mer. Si je reviens un jour, j’y retournerai sans hésiter. Un conseil demander à l’hôtel un porteur pour vos valises, les rues sont escarpées et il y a de nombreuses marches.
