less than what we expected Poor maintenance was evident. TV's not working, dishwasher not working, poor selection of cooking items, but the biggest thing was mice feces in the under sink cabinet. Also had an open electrical box with wires showing directly above the shower unit in the one bath.

Family wedding We arrived and checked in late as requested. Found home to be clean and very comfortable. No issues at all during stay. Nice location, easy access. Great restaurant down the street for breakfast.

College tour Visited Monroe to tour Wingate U. Home was spotless and convenient to everything. Owner is very responsive to any issues that may arise. Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen for eating in.
