Tru by Hilton Monroe Oh

I had a really enjoyable stay at Tru by Hilton Monroe. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was well maintained and had everything I needed. The gym facilities were particularly great, with a good selection of equipment and everything kept clean and in excellent condition. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a great place to stop while travelling. I’d definitely stay here again.

There was a bedbug in our bed I would like our money back please

nice place we had a good stay,.................... ........

作為衹是過一夜的酒店絕對合格因為至少很乾凈 這個價格就不要奢求有像樣的早餐了 不過滿足基本需求也是不成問題

Hotel employees were friendly. Hotel itself and room were both nice and clean. Had a very modern feel. Lots of seating in the lobby if you want to be somewhere other than your room. There were also two foosball tables in the lobby. They had a large selection of snacks you could pay for. Hotel was quiet at night which was nice. The beds are just barely the size stated. We got a room with 2 queen beds, and our 2 teenage boys didn’t sleep together very comfortably at night. Room lacked the necessary amount of washcloths needed, even though we had reserved it for 4 people, we only got 2 washcloths. There is no closet, and the set up to hang up any clothing is kind of awkward. There wasn’t much to pick from at breakfast-bagels, make your own pancakes, cereal, and yogurt were all we saw. We ended up going somewhere else as there are restaurants close by. I wouldn’t do an extended stay here. But if you’re looking for a cheaper, quiet, clean place to sleep, and don’t mind sleeping extra close to your travel companions, then you’d be fine.

nice hotel and clean good for family and frn we spend 3 nights it was so comfortable and friendly we will come again

Not very well sound proofed. We could hear slamming doors, neighbors’ TVs and overhead guests walking around.

Everything about the hotel was great, with the exclusion of their front desk customer service! Rooms are on the smaller side but nice.

Air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. Fan would not turn off on the wall thermostat. Shower water was cold. Turned it all the way to Hot. Was still cold. Breakfast was good except for the powdered eggs. Very clean room and comfortable bed.
