"Stayed twice this trip. So worn out from work. oBreakfast is cultural som had the chef prepare eggs my way . But the lunch and dinner menu was good. So enjoyed the spa and salon. Got a manicure and pedicure, very reasonable. Then the massage, oh my goodness! So wonderful and the cost neglible. Beds so-so place is aging. Security is top notch though, staff very helpful and friendly. They remember you."

"I've stayed at the Scarlet Apartments 2 times before my last visit and I was very pleased with the hotel. This past visit was a nightmare. As soon as I entered my room a strong odor was detected. I spoke to the woman at the service desk and she connected an air filter and sprayed the room, but the smell never left and was constant the entire weekend. I asked to change rooms but was told nothing else was available. There was old food in the rug/carpet from previous guest. The bathroom had no electricity for the 1st night that I stayed there so I had to use the toilet and shower in the dark my first night. The electricity was repaired the next day after arrival. The door handle to the bedroom was broken and disconnected from the door, so merely opening and shutting the bedroom door was a challenge. And with all of these issues, the hotel staff acted like me pointing these things out was an inconvenience. The place has nose dived and quickly."

"كانت اقامتي في فندق مامبا بوينت في مونروفيا لم يكن ينقصها اي شيء ينقصنا. كانت اول مره اسكن في هذا الفندق خلال 23 عاما. من لحظه وصولي واستقبالي بصدر رحب بكل احترافيه وضيفه حقيقه تجعلني اشعر بقيمه حقيقيه. باختصار انصح كل من يذهب الى هذا الفندق. خدمة العملاء كانت مميزة بحفاوة ورحابة وسعة وامتلاك المستمرين فوق الوصف لضمان كل تفاصيل إقامتي كانت ممتازة. نادرا ما تصادف احد فريق العمل كفرد من التميز، فقد ترك انطباعا دائما، فقد كان أول لحظة في تقديم الفضل في الخصوصية لضيوف الفندق، و شكرا لإدارة الفندق. الطعام كان لا يقل إبهارا. كل وجبة حلال طازجة ولذيذة وإعدادها جميل، توفر تجربة وجبات طعام تفوق توقعاتي. اجمالاً الفندق راقي ومريح وتتمتع بالراحة والاسترخاء. كما يوفر الهدوء المناظر الطبيعية المحيطة بالفندق. وبالنسبة للطعام المجاور للفندق فهو جيد. الخلاصة: ( لقد استمتعت كثيراً بالإقامة) المكان مثالي سواء للأعمال أو الترفيه. كل التفاصيل تعكس مستوي عالي من الجودة و الرعاية. إذا كنت تبحث عن مكان في مونروفيا يقدم خدمات راقية و طعام استثنائي و تجربة لا تنسى بكل ثقة انصح بهذا الفندق بكل ثقة بالتأكيد سأعود!"

"In Monrovia, where hotel prices are generally high, this is a comfortable hotel with excellent value for money. It has a refrigerator and a kettle, and the amenities are well-equipped. The room is relatively new and has a nice balcony. The only downside is that it took more than 30 minutes from ordering breakfast until it was served."

"Another even better stay! As mentioned this was our second stay in as many years. Staff friendliness, attention and welcoming has gotten even better than a very satisfying last trip. From being picked up at Robertsfield (airport) to being dropped off there, everthing worked out perfectly! Room (suite) was perfectly cleaned daily by an excellent housekeeping crew. Location is fantastic as anyone we wanted to meet showed up there at one point! Bilal does an excellent job in making sure that everything is up and running…leading by example! My home in Monrovia!"
