"The location was very convenient for train travelling. I arrived next door at Lille Europe and continued the next day to Lille Flandres station. Walked to both. The hotel is also working a very nice walk to city centre. Very safe and lively walk. The Westfield shopping mall is nearby so shopping is made easy. Large mini suite. My son travelled with me so we had the small bed made out, but still had plenty of room. Only thing are that the bathroom and toilet room seem prefabricated and are kind of wonky (though very functional. My son felt they felt as if we were in a train bathroom. All and all, very nice. *we did not eat at the cafeteria (it is not a restaurant, really)."

"Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience."

"The hotel is newly renovated, and the facilities are very new, but it still has a bit of smell. There is still a lot of room for improvement in details. For example, when you open the toilet lid, there is a dead insect floating in the toilet. There is a large exhaust fan cover lying on the floor in the shower room. When you open the quilt, the sheets are wrinkled like nothing. When you take a shower, the water from the shower head will rush outside, and there will be a stream on the floor of the bathroom after taking a shower... The girl at the front desk changed my king-size bed room to a twin-bed room without asking, and I only found out when I took it out to review it now. The location is quite advantageous, just opposite the train station and the shopping mall, and there is a Carrefour in the shopping mall. The breakfast is very good in the hotel in Lille."
