The villa is on two floors. In the first: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. On the ground floor: a room, a bathroom, a living room. All around a lush garden full of myrtle trees, strawberry trees, juniper. In the villa is kept just a juniper centenarian, the oldest in the area.
