Reception cordiale e veloce, camera abbastanza confortevole anche se molto ristretta.. Bagni puliti.

Bellissimo hotel 4 stelle che fornisce un servizio eccellente, da 5 stelle, in centro ma in strada dove facilmente si riesce a parcheggiare, con un personale dalla gentilezza fuori dal comune. Opere d’arte esposte nelle belle sale comuni, camere belle e con letti comodi, ottima e varia colazione, ristorante molto buono, con una cucina gustosa ma leggera da digerire. Tutto al top, contiamo di poterci ritornare.

My husband and I stayed 7 nights with a tour group. The photos of the rooms are misleading. Our room had not been updated in decades and was a little small. No room for an easy chair or desk. Also, be aware that there is no kettle or coffee-maker in the room. If you want coffee or tea and it's not breakfast time, you would have to go down to the bar and pay for one. Those are the cons. On the pro side, the housekeeping was excellent, as was the service at the bar and the front desk. The staff are all very friendly. The people at the front desk and in the bar speak good English. Everything worked, including the A/C and the elevators. The bed was comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Nice balcony. Mini-fridge with bottled water provided in room. Breakfast was fine; nothing fancy. They had bacon and eggs, cold cuts and cheese, 2 kinds of juice, yogurt, cereal, croissants and salad. It was the same every day. No fried potatoes, olives or omelette station here. The restaurant's prices for dinner were high, but if you just want a pizza or a sandwich, the bar was pretty reasonable. Convenient location within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.

J'écris un peu tardivement mais je tenais à donner mon avis concernant cet établissement. C'est la troisième année consécutive que nous partons dans cet hôtel et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Le personnel est incroyable que ce soit à la réception (surtout Martina et Fabio) ou en salle. Merci à Giuseppe et Roberto pour le service offert et pour leur gentillesse. La nourriture est toujours aussi bonne et l'hôtel est d'une grande propreté. Seul bémol pour cette année (août 2024), des transats ont été enlevés par rapport aux autres années, et il n'y avait que 14 chaises longues pour tout l'hôtel plus des petits sièges mais peu confortables, il était donc impossible d'avoir un siège en revenant d'une visite alors que les autres années nous n'avons jamais eu ce problème. Nous avons à nouveau réservé cet hôtel pour cet été 2025 où nous resterons deux semaines. Nous avons hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau.

Fantastic summer holiday The hotel is a traditional one and has been maintained to a great standard . Great care in retaining old architecture and to a very high standard. Service was really good and helpful with places to see and restaurants to visit.
