Sandals Montego Bay All Inclusive - Couples Only

The entire experience was first class. The staff there truely understand how to treat guests, I was very impressed. So much so, i'm going back next year. The dining and atmosphere at each restaurant inside the resort was top notch. Extremely laid back...except the service, which was awesome, and the food was magnificent. The staff really caters to the clientele.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous! The landscaping is phenomenal with blooming flowers everywhere! We stayed in a suite with the lounge chairs sitting in the water right outside our room along with stairs leading into the pool. Our suite came with butler service with some of the most hardest working butlers that I have ever met! So why the 4 stars and not 5? First, the air conditioner in the room was very loud and the temperature was very hard to control. They did send someone from maintenance who cleaned it, but it did not help. My husband is a very light sleeper, and this situation was a problem for him. Second, while restaurants and access to food and drinks is plentiful, the quality is average at best with very small food portions. The options on most menus are limited. Third, while nothing can be done about this, the resort is literally right next to the airport and the planes are disruptive. When a jet is taking off you have to stop your conversation if you are outside because the person right next to you will not be able to hear you. Our butler told us that we wouldn't be able to hear the jets in our room but that is not the case. Fourth, for as much as we paid, I don't feel the value is there for what we received. When initially booking the reservation, the cost didn't phase me, but when all was said and done, I feel the cost was absorbent for what was provided. This was our first experience staying at a Sandals resort and while I'm told they are not all created equal, Montego Bay was lovely. Most of the workers were very friendly but then there were those that completely ignored you. My biggest suggestion is to pick your suite/room very carefully as there is a premium on some of them that may or may not be worth it to you.

As a Sandals Diamond member with 140 paid nights i am familiar Sandals on reunion night instead of serving dinner as always they did a buffet our table was last to get food a hour and a half later was our turn most food gone i ended up not eating was very disappointed when i mentioned to the desk they didnt care i hope they change back or i will change to a different all inclusive resort

We had a great pick up from the airport, and our BMW pick-up took us straight to the resort within 10 minutes. Check-in was very easy, and our butlers (Oshane & Dane) took us straight to our room with a small tour along the way. They were very good and took great care of us the whole vacation. We had a cabana reserved by the pool each day, and we were never short of drinks or food. The beach was fantastic, clean, and well groomed. There were several restaurants, we ate at a different place each day and every meal was so good, especially Orleanders and Soy's. The nightly entertainment was very fun and engaging. This was our fifth Sandals, and although expensive, it was worth every penny spent. So looking forward to our next visit.

Once again, our visit to SMB was amazing! Our friends joined us for the first time, and we were so happy to show off this resort.
