Very nice hotel and very nice rooms, We had a great room in back part of the hotel with great view to the forest, Loved the restaurant and bar, Easy getting to town and other area even walking , The santa elena rain forest reserve is right around the corner.

The hotel is very nice located right by the rains forest close to santa elena and the cloud forest, Rooms were ok, big rooms and very nice hot water which is a must in the area, We had a very nice breakfast at the restaurant and very nice staff working there.

Los jardines is an amazing hotel located in Monteverde, We were there for 3 nights and we just loved the area and the hotel too, Very nice and clean rooms, wonderful staff and the best part , very close to most of the activities, Like the canopy tour or sky walk.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, die Lacken nicht gewaschen, die Handtücher gelb, keine Air condition, die Türen schließen nicht richtig, keine für Kinder sicheren Geländer. Wasser nicht warm. Unverschämte Preise für eine kleine Flasche Wasser. DasWifi funktioniert auch nicht. Auf gar keinen Fall dieses Hotel buchen!!!!!

Although the owner Grace is around on and off, there is no attention to detail from top. Rooms not cleaned properly, dining area floors and some tables not cleaned. Our room soap dispenser was showing level very low but the cleaning staff never noticed that and in fact the soap ran out while showering. We had booked through Exoticca and am surprised they chose this hotel
