There was a male waiter at the front desk who had a very poor service attitude. He looked discriminatory and contemptuous. On the first day when he checked in, he didn't pay any attention to anyone or talk. On the second day, he just had to wait 10 minutes to renew a room card, but it still didn't work. He talks very contemptuously.
