The property is a triplex with 1 long term tenant who have house dogs - the authentically southern residents bring a warm experience you will not get anywhere else. The back yard where you’ll park is massive and makes for a distinctly Alabama outdoors feel. Be careful as you pull up the driveway - the over 100 year old trees have roots that’ll give you an Montgomery massage if you proceed hastily (drive slow in and out of the drive).
