Resorts World Catskills Casino

Stayed overnight 8/14-8/15 for a quick getaway. We didn’t gamble, just relaxed in the room and used the pool. It was nice. The pool area wasn’t crowded, however there was only one hot tub and everyone was trying to use it. There is also no room service, and the restaurants within the resort are expensive. We got food from nearby and brought it back. We didn’t eat right away, so when called the front desk to ask if there was a microwave we could use, we were told they could bring one up but it’d be $35. Other than that everything was great. We stayed in a Bay King. Very large and clean. I’d go again.

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at RW Catskills... My friend and I were kinda stuck in the area and wanted a place to stay for the night so we stopped by on comp offer and luckily Kimberly was there at the front desk. She was super helpful and patient with explaining how comps worked, even at 2am and I think she hooked us up w/ a better room than the standard comp offer — not sure — but we really appreciated her help with double checking if she had a 2 bed room. That made our check in nice and easy. Saved us time and energy to play that morning and she was happy to see us walk away winners too! The basic room at the Alder had a stylish red theme and was clean with decent amenities. Just beware with plugging in your phone to the charging port on the nightstands as some of those ports were messed up haha. But, the AC blew crisp cold air and the shower had good pressure - so that made up for it. Def top notch service - from everyone, especially Kimberly. Hope to see her next time we are back in the area!

When I arrived in the room, there were broken false nails on the bed and on the carpet also, I was told that there were no disability accommodations that could be made disappointed that a respected name like resorts would put in a boutique hotel with such poor service

My wife and I wanted to do something special for my family on my 70 birthday. We decided to book a suite at Resorts World Catskills. I booked my room through the main desk and spoke with Meadow. I give her a 5 star rating. She also was celebrating her birthday and she wanted to make sure I would enjoy my special day. Meadow booked me an awesome room with a spectacular view of the golf course and Catskills mountains. My family had a wonderful steak dinner at Cellaios Restaurant. A big shout out to Matt our server. We all felt the steaks were cooked to perfection. I was also given a comp for breakfast at 24/7 Bistro, thanks Angela. Lastly I want the thank Thomas the blackjack dealer. He is without a doubt the nicest dealer I’ve ever had. He made my wife and I feel so comfortable playing and was so accommodating. Thank you Resorts World Catskills for making my Birthday one I will never forget.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Blood on the carpet, disgusting rooms, smelled like urine and smoke. I wouldn't let me worst enemies stay here. RUN AWAY! When we complained to management they could care less, Place is a total dump. The food is also inedible and extraordinarily over priced

I’m a regular guest here at Resorts World Catskills but I’ve never been treated so badly until last night. Yesterday, my wife and I arrived late and tired after 11pm (July 5, 2025). You would think the people at the Front Desk reception would be a little accommodating. After checking-in and immediately after entering the room, I realized it was a handicap accessible room. I went back to the front desk to request and switch to another room, which I knew for sure were available. I was told all the excuses (condescending, arrogant, maybe even lazy) in the world why it was not possible to switch to another room. The supervisor and the manager had to intervene because I was getting frustrated dealing with this disrespectful front desk personnel. Note to Hotel Operations management, please train your Front Desk employees to be a little courteous and respectful.
