Private: property 300 m2 with meadow. Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Largentière Les Vergnades" 3 km, railway station "Montélimar" 45 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km. "Les Lauriers Roses", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen), CD-player, hi-fi system and fan. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
