Chambre de résidence étudiante. Pas de clim, donc c'est très chaud en été. Ce n'est pas très propre aussi. L'emplacement est génial, on peut aller à pied dans toute la ville.

INCONVÉNIENTS
- Mauvaise communication, on n'a pas répondu à mes questions par courriel
- Très forte odeur d'humidité dans l'immeuble
- AUCUNE climatisation ni circulation d'air dans la chambre, seulement un petit ventilateur de bureau
- La fenêtre ouvrait à peine 10 cm
- Pas de poubelle dans la chambre, ni dans les salles de bain, ni dans la CUISINE
- La chambre était en mauvais état, les murs et le plancher étaient sales et défraîchis
- La douche était très sale et minuscule
AVANTAGES
- Très bien situé, en plein centre-ville
- Stationnements (payants) à proximité
- La litterie était propre
- Tranquille, pas beaucoup de bruit
- Abordable
Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit car il faisait effroyablement chaud dans la chambre, même s'il faisait une température normale dehors (20 degrés). Nous sommes partis dès le lever du soleil.

Horrible
We didn't enjoy stay, housekeeping was noy there.. garbage collection was not serve. Not clean and staff was not friendly or helping if you need there assistance.

Hottest sauna.
Don't name it hotel. No AC. You will die of suffocating in hot weather. You are lucky if you see this review. Doesn't worth any money for this place. I envy you to see this review if I saw this message from someone I wouldn't spend 155 dollars for sleeping this NO AC sauna place. I couldn't sleep well. They should prepare for fan or other stuff to cool down the temperature in the room. You lucky guy don't book this place please. Rather spend more money to get a AC accomodation.

Not worth the money and no AC!
As this was a student dorm I was not expecting much, but this dorm was awful.
There are 3 rooms sharing a co-space and the rooms are TINY. There is no AC so the room got very hot and you can only open the window a crack. The bed was hard, and with the heat, sleep was tough. I only managed 4 hours a night.
The washroom is a joke, as seen in the pictures, how can this tiny washroom and stall accommodate 3 rooms?! Ludicrous.
I would avoid this place if possible, if you choose to book, bring fans and a mattress to make your stay bearable. I would not recommend this place for more than a 1-2 day stay

Good Value! Would stay again.
Honestly, it gets hot! The fan provided is kind of weak!
Front desk people aren't that helpful.
But its definitely a good value. Generally more private than you would think!
