非常滿意，很乾凈很舒服，酒店的香水很特殊，很喜歡

Hotelli oli viimeisen päälle hyvä kokemus kaikkinensa. Ainoa miinus oli aamupalan vaatimattomuus.

房間窗戶是一小塊一小塊組合的，設計有些奇怪，沒有任何景觀可言，令日光不足。 廁所洗手盆水喉開關十分不方便，還有洗手後水會從罅隙流到地上，電動感應馬桶廁板過敏有點煩人。 Shower room 值得一讚，花灑很舒服，牀的舒適度也很好。整體而言，這樣的配套對於是5星酒店來說還有一段距離，或許是我的期望太大吧！

房間不錯挺寬敞，乾淨衞生，就是酒店一樓進來是餐廳有點亂糟糟，服務挺好的！

酒店非常好，乾淨整潔，設施也較先進，服務響應非常迅速，酒店人員很熱情介紹古堡的參觀路徑，主動為我們拍照，以後還會選擇它。

Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!
