I booked this room for my sister for a last minute work trip and she provided this information. The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the heater was unplugged so the room was cold, the curtain was broken so could not be closed completely so other guests may have been able to see in. Finally she had to crawl on the floor to find a working outlet to plug in her CPAP machine
