Washington & Lee Motel

I checked in to this motel yesterday (after never having stayed here before) and from the moment I went to check in until now, I can tell you that I am NOT AT ALL satisfied with anything to do with this place! But more specifically, the way that I'm being treated by who I'm guessing is the manager/owner. She is just plain RUDE & idk how she's made it this long running a motel!! Because she damn sure doesn't give a crap about customer satisfaction. Upon checking in, she told me & my 4 children that we would have to wait 10 minutes before going into the room because she had to make the beds & also made a comment about us not messing up her room. Not long after we were in the room and trying to get settled, my 3 year old was messing with the phone and i finally unplugged it just in case he was dialing the front desk or another room somehow. 2 minutes later, she's banging at our door so I opened it and she seemed all pissed off and told me to unplug the phone because my son called 4 times (somehow lol). Mind you, I've barely been able to understand the lady since I got here... Last night around 9pm i was outside smoking and the kids were also out there with me looking at the ducks in the little pond out front ( not screaming and acting out of control or anything. Just outside)... She came out of her little office and told me that my kids need to be inside going to bed right now because there's other people here!! Who the hell does she think she is?! I just said that they were about to go to bed & that was that... Since we got here, the air conditioner in the room has barely worked & it was like 81 degrees and sunny yesterday and the same today so we've been VERY uncomfortable to say the least!! The AC was on full blast on the coldest setting, along with my fan that I have to have on at night to be able to sleep. So, when we got up this morning at 6am before the sun even came out and it was pretty chilly outside... on top of the AC on the coldest setting turned all the way up & my fan on full blast all night. So I decided to turn the heat on low while I was getting the kids ready for school But made sure I turned off the unit itself before we left for the day. Got back today around 4 PM and the key wasn't working so I went to the front desk and let the lady know & she fixed it, handed it back to me and then proceeded to say something about a trash can but I didn't know exactly what she was trying to tell me so I was like huh? I dont know what you mean... She said "oh my God... I will show you come here!" And went over to a room with their door open that i guess she was cleaning, grabbed the trashcan & said "you need to put bag in trashcan before you put trash in it! Don't put trash in can if there's no bag! I'm not clean your room. You clean it". I tried to explain to her that I took the bag of trash out last night and I didn't have another bag to put in the can & it wasn't like I put anything liquid in the trashcan or anything nasty...it was literall
