"1. The hotel is no golf bed and breakfast, how it says in the description! 2. it definitely don’t have 3 stars! (Information from google) 3. breakfast included… the snack box is a joke! 4. no running hot water when arriving, having to wait for the boiler to deliver warm water is a joke! 5. atm in the hotel? Like said in the description? No! 6. smoke detectors in the room? No! 7. hair saloon like said in description? No! 8. security personal like said in description? No! 9. tennis court, like said in description? No! 10. complete different building as in the pictures online? Yes! 11. all around the clock front desk like said in description? No! 12. front desk like said in description? No! On top the lady tries to tell me that I kept the room card… what the hell should I do with a plastic card? I don’t need it and I put it down in the table in the room. Communication is not always on/in time and the English is not properly written (even with google translate you have better results and it is not taking too much longer. With a five room hotel, which is more a hostel, with a shared kitchen that gets declared as a restaurant…)"

"Outstanding place to stay with friends for 3 nights. Good communication from Rosella the general manager, who was also very helpful with tips on how to get about and places of interest to visit. The room had everything we needed including complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, lovely toiletries, soft towels, dressing gowns, slippers and a good powerful hair dryer. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here (families may need a ground floor with younger children), nothing was too much trouble and Monza is also a beautiful place to explore."

"الموقع جيد، فهو قريب من الطريق السريع. كان تسجيل الوصول سريعًا، مع أنهم لم يشرحوا لي أنه إذا كانت حقائبي كبيرة، فمن الأفضل الدخول من المدخل الرئيسي وليس من الخلف حيث تكون السيارة مركونة. في الواقع، كان عليّ وضع خطة بحمل ٢٠ كجم من الحقائب في كل ذراع. للأسف، لم أنم لأن درجة حرارة الغرفة كانت مرتفعة جدًا، دون أي وسيلة للتحكم بها. هذا يُشكل خطرًا على الأغشية المخاطية في العينين والأنف للجميع. يا للأسف."

"Excellent location, the lady who welcomed us was very kind and waited for us to check in even though we arrived a little after the scheduled time. She advised us on the parking lot and the areas to see and where to go to eat. The room was clean, comfortable, a stone's throw from the center, I really appreciated that there were two pillows with different thicknesses. If we return to Monza we will gladly return to stay here!"
