Probably the best location in Mooloolaba to enjoy absolute beach access within seconds walk through a beautiful nature reserve to two patrolled and protected beaches. Huge 3 br apartment with massive north facing patio captures the morning sun filtered through the greenery. Within level walk to cafes, surf clubs, fresh seafood, restaurants and supermarkets the location is 5 star! No wonder this complex is so popular as it’s priced very well amongst the others. So nice to have live in hosts Ri and Ed who manage the property with love and dedication. When our uber was too small to fit our luggage they even offered a ride so we wouldn’t miss train. Thanks so much!! Can’t wait to return again and our pick would be the ground floor units.

Such a great spot location wise. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good balcony size. Nice boardwalks to the beach and a pool at the resort for after beach. Managers are very welcoming on arrival and ready to accommodate.

Fantastic stay in a 3 bedroom mid level apartment. The apartment appeared to be refurbished, was modern, clean and spacious. Direct beachfront access was great and kids loved the heated pool. Easy walk to lots of places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect holiday! The beach is beautiful..shells to find ,walk one way to the groyne and watch the boats or the other to the shops and restaurants ,or sit under the trees to read your book. This is 100 metres from the back gate! The units are clean ,comfortable ,well equipped ,private, relaxing! The pool is clean and also very relaxing! The sound of the surf is ….relaxing! No need to drive as shops and restaurants are just along the boardwalk.

Situated in an ideal position between the shopping centre and the end of the Spit, Beachcomber is perfect. Just a short walk at the back of the units is the boardwalk that runs parallel to the beach, step across there and 20 steps or so and you are on the beach. Lifeguards are about 200 metres away. We had apartment 16, a two bedroom with its own huge rooftop terrace. Weather was hot and muggy while we were there so the air conditioning as well as the pool were well used. Ed and Ri, the managers could not have been more pleasant or helpful. My only slight issue is that the queen bed was very firm, unlike my own bed. This was our third visit to the Beachcomber and we will be back.

Beachcomber on the Spit is our home away from home. There is no place in Mooloolaba that we would rather stay. Ri and Ed are fantastic managers, they keep the grounds immaculate and are always a pleasure to deal with. Being able to walk across the walkway straight onto the beach or out the back across the road to so many great restaurants, if we could live here permanently we definitely would. Can't wait to come back from the minute we leave!
