I’m allergic to most dogs and I could tell immediately that there were dogs in the hotel. Had no idea until I asked that EVERY room in the hotel allows dogs. And that it is now a Hilton policy. We’re Hilton Honors but will not be booking at Hilton because of this policy. The room appeared to be clean but did not smell clean nor did the hotel. I spent the weekend with itchy eyes, itchy throat and a cough. I think some floors or at least rooms should be kept for non-pet rooms like it was many years ago for in-smoking. Hilton please reconsider this policy.

Overall, this was a great hotel to stay at. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very polite. If you look close, you can see there's some lipstick on a pig in some spots of the rooms. Wallpaper peeling, rusty hinges, etc. But it wasn't so bad that it detracted from the overall stay.

Great place We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, pool was nice! Great place to stay with your family. Will definitely be staying there again next trip.

Our next door neighbors dogs barked. We recommend booking these pet owners in an area of rooms away from the non pet visitors.

Frequent customer Room and common areas very clean, breakfast choices were great,gym needs work. 2/3 pieces of aerobic equipment are broken.

We needed a reliable place to stay on our way down to Hilton Head, and Hampton Inn & Suites in Mooresville turned out to be a great choice. There are plenty of hotel options in the area, but we specifically needed a suite—and this one fit the bill. The location was easy to access, even with some heavy traffic near the highway exit. Check-in was a breeze, especially using the Hilton app, which made everything seamless. Our one-bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and relatively updated. The hotel overall had a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, which made for a restful night. One of the highlights was the free breakfast—lots of options and everything we tried was good. That said, by around 9AM, many items were running low (like waffle mix, milk, and bagels), and restocking was a bit slow, so we had to wait a bit. Still, the breakfast area was clean and the lobby itself was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful, even giving us a list of nearby restaurants when we asked for dinner suggestions. The only downside for us was the outdoor pool—it wasn’t very clean, though we visited after a rainstorm, which may have been a factor. It was also a bit too chilly to enjoy, and there’s no hot tub. It looked like there may have been one at some point, but it’s now covered over. All in all, this hotel was a solid, family-friendly option for a travel stop. We’d definitely stay here again if we were passing through. Clean, convenient, and a good value—especially for families needing extra space.
