La Sort Boutique Hotel

We unexpectedly found ourselves looking for somewhere in the locality and were delighted that the hotel had availability, especially with it only having 18 rooms. We picked a junior suite with sea view and it was fabulous. A large room with super comfy bed, fabulous bed linen, decent amount of storage, a really large bathroom with fabulous shower, although you literally did need to let it run for 5 minutes before it warmed up. The view from our balcony was stunning, the perfect place to catch the afternoon sun. There is a good breakfast selection of hot and cold choices. Personally we would prefer to help ourselves to a cold buffet however the restaurant area is small so the choices come straight from the kitchen. The fruit platter was particularly generous and appealing, the omelettes delicious. The hotel was very quiet and at times we felt as if we were the only residents, although apparently things will be very different in the coming months. All the staff were great, very friendly. It was a lovely gesture to have an unexpected bottle of Cava in our room on my husband’s birthday. We absolutely can’t recommend this gem of a hotel enough and are already planning to return.

Moraira und Hotel LaSort - Hervorragend! Wunderschön gelegenes kleines Hotel mit hervorragendem Restaurant und Service. Unser 3-Bett-Zimmer war nicht ganz neu, jedoch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück wird serviert und die Auswahl ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne und saubere Strand ist in 1 Minute zu Fuss erreichbar, auch ein Park und die City. Ein Mietauto kann in ca. 3 Minuten Fussweg gratis geparkt werden. Moraira ist ein Geheimtipp für entspannte Ferien ohne Massentourismus in einer authenischen Umgebung. Für uns der schönste Ort an der Costa Blanca.

Overnight stay Only stayed for 1 night but it was perfect for our visit. Had lunch in the hotel restaurant which was lovely, calamari was perfect & staff very friendly & attentive. Will definitely recommend.
