This home sits on 2 acres with a million dollar mountain view. The grounds are beautifully manicured. This is property is ideal for reunions and retreats. It has a new Bullfrog hot tub, 85" TV and a game room with arcades, ping pong, basketball, billiards, and enormous building blocks. We also have a sand volleyball court and a fire pit. We allow up to 30 guests. (We have 7 queens and 12 bunk beds, a couple of pack 'n plays). We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort, 30 min from East Canyon Reservoir and 40 min to Powder Mountain Resort. Enjoy our sand volleyball, basketball, & hot tub! We love family reunions and business retreats! We allow small weddings and other events on the lawn (up to 100 ppl) for a $1500 event fee.
