Best Western Moriarty Heritage Inn

房間舒適，停車便利，前台認真。

We had a great stay at the Best Western in Moriarty. The hotel was quiet, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast was especially appreciated. There was a good selection, and it was exactly what we needed before getting back on the road for a long drive. Overall, this was a great place to stop for the night. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we pass through Moriarty.

Bed bugs were so bad they tore my ass up the whole time. They left big bumps all over me and my wife body. I was itching and scratching from all the bitting and couldn't get any rest. They were so big I was picking them up with tissue paper and flushing them down the toilet. We checked out earlier than expected and left our food and clothes behind and told the lady at the front desk. The general manager text me back and told me that he didn't find any bed bugs. What the f*@# hotel did you look at because if you would've went to our room at the best western you can't miss em

I've now started at every Beef Western on old Route 66 in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico This on was special Nice room, friendly helpful staff.

This property is exceptional. From the friendly check-in to checkout, our stay was above and beyond. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. The front desk people were very kind and friendly.

Spent 1 night in June 2026. Pool and spa were very nice, but don't sit in the desk chair in your as you will end up falling over onto the floor. The business roller chair did not adjust up or down and also there was no stop when leaning backwards. As a senior guest, this furniture needs to be replaced for safety concerns. When I went to the front desk, they immediately said that all the chairs do not go up or down. Asked if I could switch chairs from a vacant room. Was given a key to another room and told to check it out. That chair was just as unsafe. For the $$ BW charges, there needs to be concern for guest safety. If the roller chairs don't work, get rid of them and put in a hard back chair that does not cause people to fall over.

I got in at 215am and they had me checked into my room promptly so I could get to bed and get rolling by 11am. Couldn't ask for more than that, great place, very clean.

Staff friendly. Room nice. Silly, but thankful for the TV channel directory. Alot of hotels don't have that. Breakfast good.
