طاقم عمل ودود ومتعاون للغاية. الاستوديو مريح ومجهز بكل ما قد تحتاجه. حمام صغير ومجهز تجهيزًا جيدًا. إذا كان هناك ما يستحق التحسين، فهو إضاءة الحمام، لأنها ليست مشرقة بما يكفي بالنسبة لنا. هذا رأي شخصي بالطبع. مع ذلك، قضينا عطلة نهاية أسبوع رائعة.

Appart hôtel accueillant, propre et bien placé. Petit point négatif ; "la kitchenette" de notre chambre (n°5) était vraiment minuscule !

Hébergement bien placé et bien équipé, il manquait que la climatisation, mais nous sommes tombé sur une semaine canicule. L'accueil est très bien et ils savent vous renseigner sur la région.

سكن رائع، موقعه ممتاز، خاصةً للعائلات التي لديها أطفال، والعديد من الأنشطة القريبة. هذه هي السنة الثانية التي نزور فيها هذا المكان، وما زلنا نحبه كثيرًا، ونخطط للعودة مرة ثالثة، فهناك أنشطة كنا نرغب بالقيام بها، لكن للأسف لم يكن لدينا الوقت الكافي... أسبوع واحد لم يكن كافيًا للقيام بكل شيء.

I would never stay in this place again. We paid for towels, bed linens and cleaning when we reserved the room, and when we arrived the staff on site refused to provide linens, towels nor cleaning. We were surprised to find out that professional cleaning is not included. The person before you cleans the room, so when we arrived we could tell that the prior customer cleaned the room and we would need to clean everything again because they did an amateur clean leaving grains of spots on the kitchen items. The local staff refused to provide us linens, towels nor any cleaning. There are no trash receptacles on site. You have to take your own garbage down the highway to the public recycling to dispose of your garbage and recycling. You cannot leave it in your room when you leave. The manager would not resolve any issues nor would she call the corporate office to try and work out what seemed to be a miscommunication between the local location and the corporate office who offers benefits and services that the local staff refuse to honor. I had to contact ******* after our trip, and request that ******* retrieve a refund for us since the "hotel" refused to provide us linens, towels and cleaning.

I would never stay here again. We paid for lines towels and cleaning and they didn’t provide. They were not helpful.

Not a hotel stay Expensive for what the hotel is. Reception area is nice but rooms are pokey. Had to make own beds, take bins out ourselves!

I have no idea how Vacancéole Grand Massif has a 3-star rating—this place is nothing more than a hostel, and a terrible one at that. When we arrived, we paid for two sets of bedding but were only given one. We had to go back and ask for the missing set, and the staff member said he’d leave it in our room. When we returned, we found a mismatched, inadequate set: 1 bottom sheet for 2 twin beds, 2 pillowcases for 4 pillows (one so thin it could’ve been a draft excluder), and 2 duvet covers. There was no mattress protector or proper fitted sheet. We spent the first night extremely uncomfortable because reception was closed, leaving us stuck with what we had. The next morning, we had to hunt someone down for help. Thankfully, the cleaner (the only kind and helpful person we encountered) provided some pillow protectors, extra pillowcases, a mattress protector, and a properly sized fitted sheet. Later, we needed an iron. The same staff member who gave us the mismatched sheets claimed they didn’t have one, even though it’s clearly listed on their website. After some persistence, he reluctantly called someone, who eventually brought out an ironing board—without an iron. When the iron finally arrived, it was broken and leaked water everywhere, and the ironing board was filthy and stained. The next morning, we were rudely woken up by a phone call, followed by a loud knock on our door, demanding we move our car from the disabled parking space. For context, on-site parking was advertised as part of the accommodation, but both the front and back car parks were FULL when we arrived at midnight the night before. The only remaining options were the two disabled spots and a fire brigade space, as there was no alternative parking nearby—only main roads where parking wasn’t permitted. We parked carefully, tucking the car right on the edge of one of the disabled spaces to leave plenty of room for other vehicles and ensuring the fire brigade space was completely clear. Despite this, staff rudely shouted at us and even threatened to call the police if we didn’t move the car or if we parked there again. The situation was even more frustrating because we had observed multiple other vehicles parked in the same disabled spaces throughout our stay—none of which displayed a disabled badge or any kind of permit. When we pointed this out, staff dismissed it entirely, claiming that when they arrived at 7 a.m., plenty of spaces were available. Of course, there were spaces at 7 a.m., but what about when we parked at midnight, with no other options? On checkout day, instead of cleaning the room ourselves (which is already ridiculous—what hotel makes you clean your own room and take out the trash?), we decided to pay €40 for the cleaning service. However, we were still told we had to empty the bins, wash the dishes (fair enough), and clean the microwave and kettle. For a first ski trip on a budget, this was a great choice for accommodation. There is a ski hire place right next door, which is just across from the free ski bus stop. A perfect location for heading to the slopes from the Morillon Village gondola, especially if you were bringing a car. Even without a car, the one hour transfer time from Geneva Airport made it an easy arrival and departure experience. Everything was clean and tidy and just exactly what we needed. Bathroom was nice and up to date, with lots of hot water for a shower after a day on the slopes. Morillon village is lovely and picturesque with a great bakery on the Main Street, only a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. The gondola is not far either, even though the ski bus can take you there quickly as well. Cleaning materials were provided and giving the surfaces in the kitchenette a wipe down is hardly onerous. Staff were friendly and helpful and the boot room was easy to use. All in all a great first skiing experience and would definitely recommend.

All you need, pretty basic. Not the best quality/price but still fair.

My worst price/quality experience for a long time After long day we expected that beds are ready for three of us. Like normally they are. Well, prepare to do your own bed. Also remember to do cleaners work, one rubbish bag is there. You just need to add in to the bin. If you want to bath, bring your own plug for the bathtub. Dont use too much toilet paper either, there is half roll of it and no spare. I would not choose to have breakfast in here. You cant even have eggs even if you ask for those before coming. If you want to have warm smile from the desk when you check out, i suggest to go somewhere else.

Good 4 night stay A good 4 night stay. Very quiet at night, great location. Kitchen OK... A little small and would benefit from an oven, other than that everything was there that we needed.
