We have booked beach house, stay was good, but little disturbance of mosquitoes and good food at the restaurant

the hotel is beautifully built, with room designs that are truly impressive and among the best in the morjim belt. the aesthetics and thought behind the design are commendable. however, there are some maintenance issues that need urgent attention. the locks and doors in the rooms were almost jammed, and my balcony door wouldn’t even close properly. the balcony glass was scratched and dirty, likely due to the harsh beach weather and rains. the sanitary fittings in the bathroom weren’t functioning smoothly, and i struggled to get hot water during my shower. that said, the hotel’s proximity to saz, a fantastic restaurant, is a major plus. overall, my stay was decent, but the property feels slightly overpriced and somewhat run-down. with better upkeep, it could truly live up to its potential.
