While the location is good/average, the maintenance of property is very bad.
The bed and associated upholstery was not clean. The mattress was probably the worst. We did bring this to notice of management....but guess what, no response.
We were booked in property while wedding festivities were going on....so very loud music till almost midnight....why do they take guest reservations when they cannot provide a calm and peaceful stay?
Lastly, the checkout time is 10 am....which is very early as compared to other equivalent hotels.

The service staff and receptionists do not take care of customers with drinking water or things they need. When calling the cleaning staff, they do not come. The service is quite bad.

If you're on the lookout for a cool spot, look no further! This place has an incredible atmosphere that catches your attention right away. What stood out even more was how friendly and accommodating the staff were—they truly made an impression! Wow, what an unforgettable experience I had! From the get-go, the service provided by the staff was truly top-notch and made me feel right at home. The food? Absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly just how I like it! Plus, there was awesome music setting just the right mood for our dinner. What a fantastic getaway! My stay was just lovely and absolutely filled with comfort.
