Mala la comida mala la habitación malo todo mejor cojan y ciérrelos parece un campismo popular desgraciada mente hay que ir a hoteles más caro porque nosotros mismo los cubanos acabamos con todo y comemos con los ojos no con la boca sin aire en el restaurante sol pollo esto de 4 estrella no tiene nada esto lo valoro como un campismo popular

El hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas. Cuando llegamos pedimos una habitación con una bonita vista y nos sorprendieron con una vista al mar desde donde se puede ver el amanecer. Mil gracias a la chica del lobby q nos complació y no sé su nombre. Todos muy serviciales y atentos. Mary la del restaurante especializado mejor no pudo hacer sido, la pianista q hasta invitó a nuestro pequeño a tocar el piano. La animación mejor q en un cinco estrellas, me parece una de las mejores cosas del hotel. La camarera de nuestra habitación 2323 todos los días nos sorprendía con un diseño en la cama para nuestro niño. Todos te hacen sentir como en casa, la muchacha del mini club y el q atiende el Club náutico también nos trataron de forma muy especial. Las playas son una belleza, todo está muy limpio y la ubicación es la ideal para los q como yo tienen un niño pequeño y están embarazadas, pues es uno de los primeros de cayo coco. Jardines hermosos, hamacas, en fin, todo un paraíso tropical. He estado en otros de cayo coco y cayo Guillermo incluso en un cinco estrellas y nada q ver con Sol Cayo Coco. Felicidades a su gerencia y a sus trabajadores. Ojalá la calidad se mantenga y podamos repetir nuestra visita.

El equipo de animación y su jefe Rogelio muy bueno me gustó mucho la fiesta playa por ellos volvería al hotel siempre Lo único que no me gustó es que uno de los trabajadores de los turnos de la barra del lobby tiene pésimo mal trato por esa parte tienen que saber escoger a sus trabajadores para que no incomoden a sus clientes

Mis mejores vacaciones he venido varias veces a este hotel y es algo extraordinario. Su equipo de animación lo más q me gusta junto a su jefe Roger el mejor de lo mejor. Anoche tuvimos una fiesta playa muy divertida con variadas opciones. La comida con buena calidad así como la atención de los trabajadores. Los invito a disfrutar de unas merecidas vacaciones es una experiencia linda.
