If you go on holiday looking for faults, you’ll likely find them. But if your goal is to relax, enjoy yourself and make memories with loved ones, then that’s exactly what you’ll get and that was definitely my mindset, and it paid off. My family and I had an absolutely amazing time here. For example, one of the drawers in our room was dirty when we arrived. Instead of running to the reception and complaining, I simply left it open before we went to breakfast and by the time we returned, it had been cleaned without me even saying a word. Another time, when our toilet paper wasn’t topped up, I mentioned it at reception and two rolls were delivered within the hour. It really wasn’t a big deal! The people work very hard there. I arrived very late at night with two children and because the resort map looked a bit complicated and the grounds are large, the night security guard kindly walked us all the way to our room. That level of care really made an impression. And calling it just a room wouldn’t do it justice as we had two spacious rooms: a large bedroom with a massive bed and a separate living area, plus a huge terrace. It was quiet and peaceful and we never heard any noise from the entertainment outside, which meant we all slept brilliantly every night. The all-inclusive system was a bit confusing at first, but once the bar staff explained it, it made perfect sense. You need blue tokens (available at reception) to get drinks from the pool bars. Since we didn’t know that the first time, the bar staff kindly gave us drinks anyway. The process is simple: give them a token for a drink and when you return the cup, you can either get another drink or have your token returned. You can also scan a QR code to see the list of included drinks. Almost everything was covered margaritas, mojitos, gin (they even ask if you want a double!) and soft drinks. The only drink I noticed not included was Aperol. My kids were especially happy with the wide range of soft drinks. There’s also a self-service ice cream freezer. While the included options are basic, there are four flavours to choose from so a nice touch for both kids and adults. The menu changed daily so even if I didn’t like something, there was ALWAYS something that I found absolutely delicious. There was always plenty of variety and I never left a meal hungry. The beach is absolutely stunning, with clear turquoise water. One of the highlights of our trip was dolphin watching. It was the experience of a lifetime! We saw so many. The hotel doesn’t organize excursions directly, but there’s an excursion office in town that the hotel staff can direct you to. Overall, the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. We truly didn’t want to leave and already wish we had stayed longer.

Have stayed here many times the first about sixteen years ago. We love morro jable and have stayed in different hotels/apartments, sol jandia suites is a favourite. Never had a problem with the dining experience. Food is varied and plentiful. We book a room with a balcony and have had no issues with the cleaning part. We are a couple in our late sixties. Don't use the pool much but enjoy the sunbeds higher up. The beaches are brilliant and plenty of walks in the area. Looking forward to our next booking in December

Quartos bons, limpeza boa, localização óptima. No geral gostei, mas com um ponto muito fraco: alimentação e bebidas. - bebidas: 1 tudo bebidas tipo industrial: não há um único sumo natural, tudo de máquina de “pózinhos”, feito na hora, incluído as bebidas brancas no bar. Vinhos tudo em máquina de pressão(tinto, branco e sangria). Ao pequeno almoço havia um vinho lambrusco em garrafa que nas restantes refeições não existe. As bebidas são todas feitas com uma dose exagerada de açúcar (sumos e cocktails). - comida: 1. limpeza deixa muito a desejar na zona de refeições, a zona dos grelhados é horrível com muita gordura acumulada entre chapas que durante toda a estadia não foi correctamente limpa. Tudo na grelha é servido com uma dose exagerada de óleo, que me obrigou a secar a gordura com guardanapos antes de comer os alimentos. 2. Gelados na zona de refeições servidos completamente descongelados durante toda a semana, colocados numa arca sem refrigeração em que raramente tinha sequer gelo para manter a temperatura. 3. Deixo Uma palavra de agradecimento a equipa das refeições, limpeza e abastecimento de comida, que nota-se que fazem todos os possíveis, mas têm falta de mais meios pelo menos humanos. Na minha opinião o hotel é bom, mas não devia ter o serviço tudo incluído, pois não tem capacidade para o exercer em conformidade.

Wir waren 11Nächte im Hotel und wollen allen die einen Urlaub mit gutem Essen und entspannten Tagen am Pool wollen, warnen. Also erstmal zum Hotel: Als wir nach einer super anstrengenden Anreise endlich am Hotel ankamen (Koffer weg usw.) wurden wir sehr unempathisch und schlecht Gelaunt empfangen. Unser Zimmer, welches wir mit Meerblick gebucht hatten, war naja ohne Meerblick (Bild siehe unten) - dafür aber Aussicht auf Solarplatten der benachbarten Hotels und ein kleiner streifen Blau welcher das Meer sein soll, außerdem auch Aussicht auf eine Baustelle welche uns morgens pünktlich weckte und außer Sonntag dauerlärm bot. Desweiteren traf man Kakerlaken im Bad an und Ameisen waren eigentlich auch fast immer zu Gast im Zimmer. Das Reinigungspersonal war trotzdem sehr freundlich und war auch jedes mal im Zimmer wenn wir es wollten. Das Hotel steht in zweiter Reihe am Strand, dh. Man kann gut zum Strand laufen, jedoch kostet dieser 15€ (Liegen + Schirm) am Tag. Was wir vorher nicht wussten! Sonst ist die Umgebung (außer die Baustellen und Lost Places) ganz schön um Spazieren zu gehen usw. als Paar super - für Partypeople naja. Restaurants sind auch Fußnah erreichbar. Tagsüber war im Hotel sehr viel los, der Pool war immer voll und ab ca. 15/16Uhr ist der Pool für Wassergym usw. blockiert dh. Ab da konnte der Pool nur noch Teils genutzt werden bis teilweise 17:30Uhr. Auch nachts war „viel“ geboten, im unteren Bereich der Anlage wurden Shows aufgeführt welche teilweise ganz interessant waren, jedoch hatte man sonst eine Dauerbeschallung durch Musikacts welche von Abends bis Tief in die Nacht schlechte Cover Songs spielten und das super laut - direkt vorm Fenster/Tür. Morgens ging es dann aber auch wieder ab 7:30/8Uhr los mit Laubbläsern direkt vor der Tür. Auch sonst ist die Isolierung der Zimmer sehr schlecht, so dass man nachts das Handy vibrieren hören konnte im Nebenzimmer. Zum Essen: Der Essbereich gleicht dem Chaos und dem Lärmpegel einer Bahnhofshalle. Wir mussten uns gleich bei der Anreise für eine „Essenszeit“ entscheiden. Trotz der „geplanten“ Zeiten, war es extrem Laut im Essbereich und auch teilweise so voll dass es schwer war einen Platz zu bekommen. Das Essen war auch nicht gut. Man konnte sich zwischen Todgebratenen Fleisch/Fisch entscheiden oder Fritteusen-Essen welches nach nichts schmeckt. Als Vegetarier gab es sehr wenig Auswahl. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren darüber auch froh, da das Mittagsbuffet auch nicht wirklich besser aussah. Einige male Aßen wir außerhalb und nutzten auch viel den direkt benachbarten Supermarkt welcher zum Glück wirklich alles hat. Fazit: Machen wir nie wieder. Keine Ahnung woher die super Bewertungen kommen (wahrscheinlich gekauft?). Können leider das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und werden es auch so dem Reiseveranstalter melden, da wir nicht finden das dieses Hotel 4Sterne verdient hat.

Nous sommes arrivés un jeudi. L’hôtel est plutôt sympa, les chambres sont classiques mais spacieuses. Un petit bémol sur le manque de rangements, surtout dans la salle de bain où un meuble de plus ne serait pas de trop. Nous étions en formule All Inclusive. ✅ Les points positifs : Très bonne isolation phonique des chambres, un vrai plus pour bien dormir. Les pots de glace au restaurant de la piscine sont gratuits, appréciable en journée. Ambiance musicale tous les soirs, ça met dans l’ambiance. Mention spéciale à Henri, le barman : ses cocktails sont excellents, un vrai pro. Sans lui, les vacances n’auraient pas été aussi réussies. Merci à lui ! 👌 Parking extérieur suffisamment grand pour garer une voiture de location. Attention toutefois, le jeudi une partie est occupée par le marché — mieux vaut arriver tôt. ❌ Les points négatifs : Le restaurant de la piscine est payant, sauf pour un petit snack (crudités, burgers, pizzas). Les bouteilles d’eau sont payantes, ce qui est surprenant pour du All Inclusive. Attention, la carte des alcools peut changer du jour au lendemain, avec certains alcools gratuits devenant subitement payants — inacceptable dans le cadre d’une formule tout compris. Quelques traces ou imperfections dans la chambre, mais rien de dramatique. 🍽️ Buffet & animations : Animation sympa chaque soir jusqu’à 23h, après tout ferme. Le buffet est correct mais un peu répétitif. Pour un Mélia (c’était notre premier), on s’attendait à plus de variété et globalement à mieux. À la fin de la semaine, on tourne un peu en rond. En résumé, un séjour globalement agréable, mais avec quelques déceptions sur les prestations réellement incluses. Le service d’Henri et l’ambiance du soir relèvent clairement l’expérience.

Leider enttäuschend – wir kommen nicht wieder Wir waren für 6 Tage als Paar im Sol Fuerteventura Jandía. Das Hotel wirkt modern, die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und die Lage ist zentral – das war leider auch schon das Beste an unserem Aufenthalt. Was uns negativ aufgefallen ist: • Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht sauber: Der Boden war sichtbar dreckig. Erst nach Reklamation wurde das Zimmer am nächsten Tag gereinigt – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unzumutbar. • Schlechter Service: Keine Begleitung zum Zimmer, nur eine Hotelkarte in die Hand gedrückt. Mit Koffern mussten wir uns selbst zurechtfinden – unser Zimmer lag ganz am anderen Ende der Anlage, nur über mehrere Steigungen erreichbar. • Kreditkartenproblem: Unsere Kreditkarte wurde am Tag der Anreise abends von uns für Zimmerzahlungen hinterlegt. Am nächsten Tag hieß es an der Bar, es sei keine Karte hinterlegt. Unser Verdacht: Die Mitarbeiterin Nicole hat versehentlich eine falsche Zimmernummer eingetragen. Statt das zu prüfen, bekamen wir von Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption nur die Antwort: „Das kann nicht passieren. Kommen Sie wieder, wenn Nicole da ist.“ Dies war für uns keine Option – aus Sicherheitsgründen mussten wir die Karte sperren. Sehr ärgerlich und stressig! • Fragwürdige Hygiene am Buffet: Mehrfach fielen Zangen auf den Boden und wurden von Gästen einfach wieder auf das Buffet gelegt – das Personal reagierte nicht. Gerade bei offenem Essen absolut inakzeptabel. • Essen allgemein: Durchschnittlich. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend und ohne echte Highlights. Fazit: Ein Hotel mit Potenzial, aber der mangelhafte Service, schlechte Organisation und Hygieneprobleme haben unseren Urlaub ruiniert. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
