Dock space available on wood dock, if you bring your own boat; limited to 20 ft length. -Pontoon is available for guided evening lake rides upon request for an additional fee. -Yard games available to use such as corn hole, bocci ball, Can Jam, etc. -Fire pit in backyard. -Available propane grill during summer season. -House is fully furnished with start-up supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & tea. -Limit of 3 vehicles in the driveway.
