設施：還不錯，在脱離了四季集團後還能維持一個相對應的高質量，但是房屋也稍微比較老舊。
衞生：中規中矩，沒什麼好説的
環境：非常好，下樓就是紅場，但是冬天雪太多，門口的雪得不到清理，車壓過之後都是黑泥。除此之外沒有任何缺點。甚至因為四季酒店的位置很好定位，所以在yandex go打車也不會遇見在紅場定位有誤差的問題。

前台有一個宰客機制，當聽到是説中文的房客時，這位女士就會替換掉前台原來的人站出來專門宰你，強烈要求你多加錢升級房間，如果你不配合，就會讓你等房間。我們等了很久很久，最後在我們的強烈要求下才給開的房間。開放的時候遇到了同樣被宰的正在退房的中國房客，給我們抱怨了同樣的入住遭遇。這家酒店因這種服務我會僅此一次，再也不會來了
