Hello to the esteemed management of Novotel Moscow, I am guest Saja Al-Mutawa. I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.
