Lake House In Quiet Neighborhood Near Down Town

We wanted to like this house but there were a few major things that we couldn't look past - not all of them being the host's fault. Cleanliness was terrible. There were cobwebs everywhere, literally. The thickness of layer of dust on the ceiling fans was gross. Not to anyone's fault but there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom that we notified the host about when we noticed it during our stay. The AC for some reason had turned off halfway through our weekend stay so it made the house terribly hot, but again, that was no one's fault, just an unfortunate event that piled on to the less than lovely experience that we had. Fair warning, there are cameras in the house that were undisclosed to us while we were there. This bothered me as a nursing mother who could have potentially given someone a show without knowing. I understand that you might need it for unruly houseguests but I would have appreciated a heads up. Otherwise, the house was big enough for our large family vacation and was a great location, near a few community parks, close to grocery stores, a yummy donut shop, and a great water park that we went to while we were there.

Fourth of July family reunion The property was perfect for our family. The location was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. Property was so close to 4th of July activities you felt like you had a front row seat. We will definitely book this property again. We had a little tricky time with the lock when we first arrived but the property owner was very quick to respond and help us right away. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
